Ronald F. Schurer, Appleton, age 60, joined his Lord in heaven on Monday, November 20, 2006, following a brief but courageous battle with cancer. The Christian Funeral for Ron will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2006, at RIVERVIEW EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 136 West Seymour Street, in Appleton with Rev. Dennis Belter officiating. Interment with full military honors will take place Monday morning at Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and again Saturday morning at the church after 10 a.m.
