Obituary:
Edna M. Blume, age 105, of Oshkosh, passed away at Evergreen Retirement Community on Wednesday, August 13, 2008. She was born in Marshfield on July 11, 1903, to the late Edward R. and Hertha Degner. Edna married Lawrence A. Blume and he precedes her in death. Edna took great pride in her family and her relationships with friends. She was known for her wonderful cooking and baking and she loved to cook for her family. She enjoyed spending much time at their family cabin in Iron Mountain.
Edna is lovingly survived by her grandson, Michael Lee (Sara) Blume II of Neenah; granddaughter, Tamara Jo Blume of Appleton; and daughter-in-law, JoAnn Blume of Appleton.
Edna is preceded in death by her sons: Michael Lee Blume and Jim Blume.
Funeral Service for Edna will be held on Monday, August 18, 2008, at 2 p.m., Faith United Methodist Church, 1025 Tullar Road, Neenah, with Pastor Mary Council-Austin officiating.
