    Notes:

    Obituary:
Lemke, Christopher Ray, Chris Lemke, Appleton, age 39, died unexpectedly on September 13, 2008, at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah. He was born in Neenah on September 13, 1969, son of Tom and Pat (Thureen) Lemke.
He is survived by four brothers and their wives: Tim (Sue) Lemke, Stockbridge; Peter (Deirdre) Lemke, Kaukauna; his twin, Matt (Sarah) Lemke, Appleton, and David (Lori) Lemke, Appleton. He was the adoring uncle of five nieces: Liz, Emma, Elyse, Tara, and Emylia. He is also survived by aunts: Marianne (Bill) Grab, Madison; Barbara (Mike) Hitchcock, Florida; as well as his cousins.
He was preceded in death by his nephew, Evan Lemke.
Chris will be remembered as selfless, giving, generous, and compassionate; a man with great integrity. He brought sunshine whenever he walked into the room. First and foremost were always his family and friends. Chris was the proud owner of a new house, dearly loved his nieces and nephew, and tolerated his sisters-in-law. He enjoyed life to the fullest, and on his own time. We will miss his laugh, his smile and hugs, his sense of style, conversations, strange experimental cooking, and sharing books, games, and movies. After all, who else knew that there were no Jefferies's tubes on level 17? Most of all we will miss the quiet comfort of his presence.
Memorial services for Chris will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2008, at BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 124 W. 10th Street in Kaukauna, with Rev. Walter Steinbach officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and again Saturday morning at the church from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.
In keeping with his generous personality, it is only fitting that Chris continued to give of himself after his death. His heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and pancreas were successfully donated and will help to improve the quality of life for several other people.
Cricker warmed our hearts, and his memory will always be with us. We love you and miss you, Cricker.
