Obituary:
George W. Pritzl, age 82, of Brillion, died on Wed., Oct. 22, 2008, at Garrow Villa in Brillion. He was born on Sept. 30, 1926, in Manitowoc, son of the late John & Lucille (Neff) Pritzl. He married Mildred Mae Becker on Jan. 29, 1957. George was born in Manitowoc and spent most of his youth in Park Falls. He moved to the area in 1952 and farmed in the Town of Brillion for 8 years and was a truck driver for 40 years. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion.
He is survived by his children: Robert Berkholtz, Arizona; Judith (Damien) Wilson, Madison; Audrey (Randall) Moore, Brillion; Mark (Jean) Pritzl, Brillion; Scott (Marlene) Pritzl, Elkhart Lake; David Patzer, New Berlin; his grandchildren: Erika Patalon, Rebecca Chapa, Jessica Trevisan, Richard Wilson, Tammy Wilson, William Sabel, Jeff Sabel, Nicholas, Thomas, and Lucas Pritzl, Calyn, Dean, Chase, and Alecia Patzer; five great grandchildren, and a lifetime friend Sonny Wagner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mildred on December 20, 1999, and two brothers Bernard and Glenn.
Mass of Christian burial will be Friday October 24, 2008, at noon at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. Father Mathew Simonar will officiate. Burial will be at Knollwood Gardens Cemetery in Manitowoc. Friends may call at the church on Fri. from 10 a.m. until the time of mass. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion is assisting the Pritzl family with arrangements.
The family would like to express a special thank you to the entire staff at Garrow Villa and Affinity Hospice for their thoughtfulness and tender care given to George. Also thank you to the nurses and doctors at St. Elizabeth Hospital who cared for him.

George married Becker, Mildred Mae 29 Jan 1957. Mildred was born 28 Sep 1919; died 20 Dec 1999. [Group Sheet]
