    Van De Yacht, Mr. Bernard “D utch”Mr. Bernard “Dutch” Van De Yacht, 85, formerly of Oneida, passed away peac efully with his family at his side Saturday, August 20, 2005. He was bo rn May 2, 1920, in Little Chute to the late Theodore and Frances (Klein) V an De Yacht. On November 21, 1942, he married Violetta “Vi” Marks at St. J ohn the Baptist Catholic Church in Howard. Dutch and Vi loved to dance a nd play cards with their many friends. She preceded him in death Februa ry 2, 1995. Dutch was a proud husband, father, grandfather and great-grand father. He was a strict disciplinarian, but had a gentle heart and a gener ous spirit.Dutch was a lifetime farmer and had been employed by Farmco Co-op, De Per e. He founded Van De Yacht Well Drilling and was later a branch manager f or Lindsey Pump Company. He enjoyed bowling and was an avid Packers fa n. He was a member of St. Agnes Parish and the Knights of Columbus 4th Deg ree.The family that prays together, stays together. This is what our father li ved by.     Seymour - Theodore M. Van De Yacht, Jr., 93, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2018, with his family at his side. He was born November 11, 1924 to the late Theodore G. Van De Yacht, Sr. and Frances (Klein) Van De Yacht. On May 17, 1952, he married the former Lillian Borlik at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Hofa Park.
    Ted was a lifelong parishioner of St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Isaar where he started out as a mass server, was an usher, member of the council and building committee, and was a trustee. He was a career salesman starting at Garrity Implement, Green Bay and retired from Kuehne Implement, Seymour. He received many sales achievement awards from Allis Chalmers and Owattona Mfg. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Catholic Knights and former member of the Seymour Lions Club.
    He was an outdoorsman and especially liked to turkey and pheasant hunt with his sons and grandchildren, spent many years hunting at Long Lake, big game hunting out west and fishing in Canada. He was lucky to have traveled to most of the states, most of which were done camping with his family and friends. He spent several winters in Arizona as well as vacations to Jamaica, Cancun and Nova Scotia. He enjoyed to golf, snowmobiling and was an avid Packers fan. He started watching the Packers at East Stadium and was a ticket holder at Lambeau Field. He attended the famous Ice Bowl and took a train trip from Green Bay to Chicago to watch the oldest rivalry in football history. You could always find him in his happy place working in his shop or telling a joke.
    He enjoyed spending time with his family whom he was proud of their accomplishments and was thrilled to be a grandpa and great-grandfather.
    Ted is survived by his wife Lillian of 66 years and four children: Mike (Janice) Van De Yacht, Mary (Roger) Smits, Jerry Van De Yacht, and Janice (Ken) Garbowicz. He is further survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren: Traci (Major Nick) Scotch and their son, Mason; Thomas (Holly) Van De Yacht and their son, Rhett; Willie (friend Kayla) Van De Yacht; Abby (Brandon) Yaeger and their daughter, Stella; Sarah (Phil) Robinson and their daughter, Delia; and Ryan Smits.

    He is further survived by a sister, Veronica Van Boxtel; sister-in-law, Marilyn (David) Hallada; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
    Ted was preceded in death by his brothers: Leo, Edward, Bernard, and Norbert; sister, Rosella; and infant twin siblings.
    Visitation will be at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a parish prayer service at 7:30 pm. Visitation will continue at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Isaar, on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 9:00 am until the funeral mass at 11:00 am with Fr. Brian Belongia and Deacon Rich Matuszak officiating. Entombment will take place at Allouez Catholic Chapel Mausoleum, Green Bay.
    In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Ted's memory.

    Ronald T. Vande Yacht, 73, Wrightstown, passed away unexpectedly at his Wrightstown residence, on Thursday, November 2, 2017 while sitting in his easy chair watching his favorite TV program. Ron was born in Green Bay on December 3, 1943, the son of Ed and Anna (Nienhaus) Vande Yacht. He is survived by his twin brother, Donald and Nancy (Urban) Vande Yacht, Green Bay, niece Christine Vande Yacht, Minneapolis, nephew Daniel & Kim, Jessica, Jack and Kaitlin Vande Yacht, Ashwaubenon. He is further survived by sons Vince Vande Yacht, Wrightstown and Troy & Lisa, Mason, Connor Vande Yacht, Muskego along with other relatives and friends.
    Ron graduated from Rio Creek Grade School, Casco High School and attended UW-Madison. After finishing his schooling, he worked in the cheese industry, co-founding Kasson Cheese Co., Inc. with his twin brother. He later joined with his father in the water pump installation business and did a fabulous job growing the Vande Yacht Pump Installing Company into one of Wisconsin's largest and most respected. He did this with hard work and a devotion to his customers, anytime, anywhere, which led to his success. He was an avid Badger, Packer sports fan and his appreciation of all cars, especially Corvettes, was unsurpassed.
    Respecting Ron's wishes, the family has decided that there will be no Memorial Service. Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home is assisting the family.

    Leo V. Van De Yacht, 65, Suamico, passed away at Tender Hearts Assisted Living on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011. He was born on Dec, 1, 1945, in Green Bay, to the late Bernard and Violetta (Marks) Van De Yacht. Leo attended grade school in Glenmore, completed three years in the Franciscan Monastery, and graduated from Pulaski High School. Leo was the second of twelve siblings and lived in the Howard-Suamico area most of his life. On Sept. 18, 1965, he married the former Mary Kimps at St. John the Baptist Church in Howard.
    Leo was owner and operator of Leo Van De Yacht Well Drilling for 40 years. Together he and Mary worked in the family business, a business he truly loved and took great pride in. Leo was an active member of St. John the Baptist Parish where he was an usher for over 40 years, member of the Parish Council, former trustee, and president of the Home School Association. He was also a charter member and past president of the Howard-Suamico Optimist Club, director of the Brown County Home Builders Association, director of the Howard-Suamico Business Association, and member of the Wisconsin Water Well Association.
    Leo cherished spending time at his cottage (Yacht's Landing) on Rost Lake with family and friends. It was a place where he loved to entertain and relax with pontoon rides, grilling dinners and watching beautiful sunsets. He and Mary enjoyed vacationing in Florida during the winter months, golfing with friends, cheering on the Packers, and taking his Harley for a ride. Leo's greatest love in life was his family and took so much pride in his children and grandchildren who brought him much joy and laughter. Leo had a great sense of humor and lived life to the fullest. His generosity was inspiring to all who knew him and he was always ready to lend a helping hand. Leo truly believed that in giving we receive as he unselfishly gave of his time, talent, and treasures.
    Leo will be sadly missed by his wife, Mary of 46 years; his four children and their spouses, Lisa and Scott Ives, Suamico; Lori and Jay Feuerstein, Sussex; Troy and Traci Van De Yacht, Suamico; Eric and Tracy Van De Yacht, Suamico; his nine grandchildren, Tyler, Alex, Ryan, Grant, Burke, Travis, Sophia, Carson, Reese and a 10th grandchild due in February. He is also survived by three sisters, Diane (Chuck) Tappa, Dawn (Rick) Niemi, Donna (John) Thormann; seven brothers, Bill (Bernadine), Bob (Susie), Ken (Lyn), Nick (Amy), Gery (Carol), Kevin (Carol), and Bernie (Valerie); and a brother-in-law, Dennis Kabara. He is further survived by Mary's family, Donna (James) Simoens, Gary (Sally) Kimps, Roger (Star) Kimps, and Carol (Rick) Van Egeren; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard "Dutch" and Vi Van De Yacht; a sister, Debbie Kabara; an infant sister, Mary Ann; a sister-in-law, Cindee Van De Yacht; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bernard and Luella Kimps; and a nephew, Gregory Kimps.
    Friends may call at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave., Howard, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the church with the Rev. John Bergstadt officiating. Entombment will be in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.

    A memorial fund has been established in Leo's name.
    The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at Tender Hearts Assisted Living, Angel's Touch Assisted Living, and Heartland Hospice, especially Dr. Richter, Heidi (our guardian angel) and Mike for all their wonderful care and friendship given to Leo during this journey. Also a special thank you to family and friends for your visits to Leo and all your prayers.

Eric was current ly enrolled at NWTC and Lakeland Colleges pursuing a BA in marketing, a nd was a member of WMMA. He was also employed as a sales representati ve at Tires Plus. Eric loved life, especially spending time with family a nd friends. He enjoyed motorcycling, snowboarding, golfing and more import antly music and playing the guitar.Survivors include his parents, David and Lynn Vande Yacht, Green Bay; sist er and brother, Anna and Ryan Vande Yacht, Green Bay; maternal grandfathe r, Toby Vandenack, De Pere; aunts and uncles, Michael Vandenack, Texas; Da vid (Ann) Vandenack and Toby (Sandy) Vandenack, all of Green Bay; Chris (S teve) Quinette, Cedarburg; and Michelle (Dan) Iglewski, Arizona.
