Edna A. Hamann, (nee Strick), age 91, was born June 23, 1918 in Pence, Wisconsin, died Wednesday, October 21, 2009, in Appleton, joining her husband Wally, October 4, 2000, a son Marvin, January 17, 2004, a grandson Michael Hamann, October 24, 2007, her parents, Edward and Evelena Strick, both brothers Edward and Raymond and her sister Dorothy.
She is survived by her son, Roger (Joanne) Hamann Sr., and their three children: Roger Jr. (Chris), Rhonda (Paul) and Randy (Brian); Marvin's children: Marilyn and Michelle. Edna is further survived by her great-grandchildren and great-great-granddaughter Jaidyn.
Edna loved to go "saleing" rummage sales, fishing on the Flambeau River and Flowage, making maple syrup with her family and playing Yatzee and rummy.
She will be truly missed by all who knew her. Wally and Edna will be laid to rest at the Union Cemetery in Butternut, Wisconsin.
