Age 19, of Appleton passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2006. He was born in Appleton on August 18, 1986 to Richard Vermeern and Kim (Tennant) Nissen. Mark dearly loved his family and spent most of his time with family, especially his nieces and nephews who he was with daily. He had a passion for snowmobiling, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and anything to do with the Northwoods. Mark also enjoyed basketball and golf. He is survived by his Mother Kim (Steve) Nissen, Appleton; his father Richard (Kristina) Vermeern, Appleton; three sisters: Patrisha (Andy) Trygstad; Brenda Vermeern; Jennifer (Dylan) Probst; five brothers: Matthew Vermeern; Brandon Guckenberg; Chistopher (Laura) Nissen; David (Linda) Nissen; Patrick Nissen; nieces: Kaylee and Paige Vermeern; Kylie Probst, Emma and Ella Nissen; nephews: Grant Trygstad and Forrest Probst; grandmothers: Margie (Stan) Anderson; Margaret Vermeern; Jane Tennant; Sandra Zenisek; great-grandparents: Verna Tennant; Arvid Schulz, Eleanor Jones; aunts and uncles: Jason (Ginette) Tennant; Todd Mertz; Tim Mertz; John Vermeern; Paul Vermeern; Marie (Ed) Barthell; Edward Zenisek; Sandee (Jack) Bergsbaken; Su Butler; Bruce (Eenie) Nissen; Bob (Chris) Nissen; many cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be 1:30 pm Friday, April 28, 2006, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2220 E. College Avenue, Appleton with Rev Timothy Seabaugh officiating. Visitation will be from 10:30 am until time of the service at church.
