Fink, Clarence J. "Clancy"
Clarence J. "Clancy" Fink, 75, Auburndale, died on Friday, April 9, 2010, at his home in the Town of Day. Mr. Fink was born on March 15, 1935, in Ashwaubenon, Wis., to Frank and Cecelia (Verbryggan) Fink. He had been employed at International Papers in Kaukauna for 42 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Quarter Century Club.
He married Jane Hoersch Bongers on April 25, 1997, in Appleton. Clancy enjoyed retirement very much and was a talented carpenter and handyman and had numerous, numerous projects. He also enjoyed gardening, nature, his Cub Cadets and had a passion for winemaking.
He is survived by his wife, Jane; his children, April Fink, Appleton, and her mother, Shirley Fink; Keith (Donna) Fink, Hortonville, and their children, Heather and Mariah; and Craig Fink, Appleton, and his children, Dakcota and Branden. He is also survived by Jane's daughter, Tanya (Jason) White, Stevens Point, and their children, Kylee, Ayden and Ayric. He is further survived by a sister, Arlene (Charles) Renn, Tomahawk; and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Paula and Wayne Micke and Mary Kay Schneider, all of Brillion; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents; siblings, Harold, Don and Bob Fink, Loretta Andrews and Mariel LaPlante; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ben and Jeanette Hoersch; and a brother-in-law, Gil Schneider.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, from 4 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 7 p.m. at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield.
A memorial has been established in Clancy's name.
The family would like to thank St. Joseph's Hospital and Ministry Home Care Hospice.
