    Marian C. Krisch, age 79, passed away at Parkside Care Center on Tuesday, March 8, 2011. She was born in Appleton on June 18, 1931, the daughter of the late Theodore and Catherine (Weyenberg) Springer. On July 8, 1950, she married her husband of 60 years, Frank Krisch. Marian loved camping and gardening, specifically flowers and vegetables. She will be remembered for being a wonderful homemaker who took wonderful care of her family and looked forward to the holidays when everyone could get together.
    Marian is survived by her husband, Frank; Michael of Little Chute, Pamela (Zel) Lind of Omro, Kevin of Kaukauna, Barbara (Mark) Pomasl of Antigo and Patricia (Mark) Skalmusky of Kaukauna; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth "Liz" (John) Wiesner; sister-in-law, Hilda La Chappelle; and brother-in-law: David Strey.
    She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Peter Krisch; infant daughter, Karen Mary Krisch; sister, Catherine Strey; brothers: Ken (Wilma) Springer and Richard (Doris) Springer; and sister-in-law: Anna (Bill) Kuehl; and brothers-in-law; Joseph La Chappelle, and Peter and Robert Krisch.
    The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2011, at ST. JOHN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 323 Pine St., Little Chute, with Fr. Larry Canavera officiating. Friends will be received at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Kaukauna.
    The family extends a special thank you to the staff at Parkside Care Center and Dr. Alan Cherkasky for their wonderful and compassionate care.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in Marion's name is being established.
