Obituary:
Ronald Felts, 66, Neenah, died Thursday, September 6, 2012, at Theda Clark Medical Center with his family by his side. He was born September 13, 1945, in Neenah, son of Elmer and Anna Marie (Schwartzkopf) Felts. He married Donna Hargraves, March 20, 1971, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Neenah. He loved his wife and daughter very dearly and his family was very important to him. He was a very loyal friend. Ron was employed by Menasha Corporation for 33 years and also owned and operated Felts Tax Service for 32 years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Neenah. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and later a member of the Wisconsin National Guard for many years. Ron enjoyed playing cards and spending time with friends. He was a jokester and he had an irreverent sense of humor and infectious laugh which will forever be missed by all who knew him.
Ron is survived by his wife and sweetie pie Donna; his daughter Ann Felts, Neenah; two brothers: Elmer Jr. (Mickie) Felts and Rick Felts; an uncle, Orlie Felts and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and many aunts and uncles.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, September 10, 2012, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 407 Oak Street, Neenah with Rev. D. J. Engelbrecht officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 9:00 A.M. Monday until the time of the service. Full military honors will be performed by the U.S. Navy and Twin Cities Veteran's Funeral Honor Team following the services at the church. A memorial has been established in Ron's name.
The family wishes to express a special thank you to the ICU staff at Theda Clark Medical Center.
