Obituary:
Forest Junction – Lacking three days of completing 56 years, Mrs. Emil Freitag died at her home here suddenly shortly before 5 o'clock Thursday afternoon.
A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Krueger of town Rockland, Manitowoc Co, where she was born, she was married in 1901 to Emil Freitag at Wayside in Brown Co, who was conducting a general merchandise business here at that time. Mr. and Mrs. Freitag have resided here since. She was stricken with a fatal illness Thursday morning from which she failed to recover.
Surviving are the husband; one brother, Wm. Krueger; and three sisters, Mrs. Julius Krueger, Mrs. F. W. Kleist and Mrs. Wm. Dallman, all of town Rockland.The remains were interred in the local cemetery.
