    Addison June Ott, age two days, infant daughter of Ron and Lori Ott, Hilbert, died on Thursday, June 10, 2010, at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah. She was born on June 8, 2010, daughter of Ron Ott, Jr. and Lori (Erlandson) Ott. She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Hilbert.
    Survivors include her parents, Ron and Lori Ott; maternal grandparents, Jeff and Nora Erlandson, Racine; paternal grandparents, Ron and Bonnie Ott, Chilton; maternal great-grandparents, Doris and Bruce "Jake" Jacobson and Robert and Sheryl Cassity; paternal great-grandmother, Helen Krasniewski; other relatives and friends.
    She was preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents, Arvid and Agnes Erlandson; and paternal great-grandparents, Robert and Elverta Olson and Kenneth Ott.
    Family funeral services were held at the Wieting Family Funeral Home in Chilton, with the Rev. Brian Crane officiating. Burial took place in St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery.
    Special thanks to the nursing staff in the birthing unit and the staff of the NICU at Theda Clark for the wonderful care given to Addison and all of the family.
