    Obituary:
Colleen C. Breier, 56, Appleton, formerly Kimberly, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. She was born on June 22, 1958, in Appleton, daughter of Gordon Emil and Mabel Harriet (Vander Velden) Breier. Colleen was especially proud of her graduation from Plamann School, and her family was very proud of her accomplishments. Colleen enjoyed taking part in the Special Olympics, AGAPE, and ARC. Through these groups she was able to compete at the state level for Special Olympics in bocheball and bowling. Family was very important to colleen. She had a knack for remembering everyone's birthday and anniversaries. Those who knew her will remember her most for her infatuation with Donny Osmond, her extensive collection of cd's and movies, and always having a smile on her face.
Colleen is survived by three brothers: Robert "Bob" (Jacque) Breier, Freedom; Gary (Sylvia) Breier, Kimberly; and Jeffrey (Susan) Breier, Oshkosh; seven nieces and nephews: Jon (Jeanne) Breier, Belinda (Jeff) DeGoey, Gordy Breier, Beth (Dean) Buchholz, Kurt Breier, Christopher (Carolyn) Breier, and Scott (Jennifer) Breier; eleven great nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, and step-father: Henry Reese.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 3, 2015, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 600 E. Kimberly Ave., Kimberly, with Fr. Robert Kollath officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Visitation will be Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Colleen's name.
Colleen's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital for all their professionalism and outstanding care. They would also like to thank all those with AGAPE, Bethesda, and Community Care; especially Rose Aguirre, for their friendship and kindness.
