    Henry Weyenberg, age 98, Little Chute, passed away peacefully Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012, at Parkside Care Center, surrounded by his loving family. Hank was born March15, 1914, in the Town of VandenBroek, son of the late Theodore and Georgianna (Jansen) Weyenberg. He married Florence (Bloy) Weyenberg on April 25, 1936, sharing 63 years of marriage until her death in December 1999. Their only son Roman A. Weyenberg also preceded Hank in death on August 6, 2006. Hank was a member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, Little Chute. He was employed by Kimberly Clark Corp. as a painter and in field service until his retirement in 1977. Hank enjoyed many years of retirement building his home in Little Chute using the many trades he learned throughout the years and sharing those talents with family and friends. Grandpa will be remembered for playing volleyball, marble game, sheepshead and swimming at their home on Lake Poygan. All of us will cherish the memories made annually at his birthday celebration at Van Abels in Hollandtown. We will miss our Grandpa!
    Survivors include his seven grandchildren: Ken (Wendy) Weyenberg, Ted (Cindy) Weyenberg, Roman Weyenberg Jr., Sandy (Don) Miller, Gary Weyenberg, Terry Cotter, Sally Holzwarth; 14 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, daughter-in-law, Jean (Hooyman) Weyenberg; sisters-in-law: Mabel DeGraves and Margaret Gresel; brothers- in-law: Leonard (Shirley) Bloy and Adolph (Charlotte) Bloy Jr.; many nieces and nephews and special godchildren.
    Along with his wife and son, Hank was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Shirley (Stadler) Weyenberg, brothers and sisters: Mary Weyenberg, George Weyenberg, Ann (Weyenberg) Dercks, Mary II (Weyenberg) Van Dera, Rose (Weyenberg) VandenHeuvel, Gertrude Weyenberg, Matthew Weyenberg, Dora (Weyenberg) Hogan, Hattie (Weyenberg) Fox and Frances Weyenberg.
    Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 2012, at St. John Catholic Church, 323 S. Pine Street, Little Chute, with Fr. Jim Hablewitz officiating. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Visitation will be at the church from 9:00 a.m. Thursday until the time of the mass.
    A memorial has been established in Henry's name.
    The family would like to thank Hank's dear friends Jeff and Diane VanAsten, Betty Wydeven, Alice Mignon, Katie Kuepper and John Gloudemans for their countless visits and time spent with him. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Parkside Care Center nurses and staff for their loving care these past four years.

    Weyenberg, Roman A. "R omie"Roman A. "Romie" Weyenberg, age 70, passed away peacefully, Sunday, Augu st 6, 2006, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, with his loving wife and fami ly by his side. Romie was born on May 30, 1936, in the Town of VandenBro ek to Henry and Florence (Bloy) Weyenberg. Romie was a member of Holy Cro ss Church in Kaukauna. He served in the military as a Naval Reservist. Rom ie made many close friends in his 40 years in the paper industry at Ast en Forming Fabrics (Wisconsin Wire Works), retiring in 1995. After some ye ars in plant production, he found his niche in sales where he worked build ing many relationships.Many will remember the fun get-togethers over the years he and Shirley hos ted. Romie had a natural gift for making friends everywhere he went with h is engaging sense of humor. He had a great love of cars, fishing, boatin g, golf and playing spider solitaire on the computer. He was very acti ve in the Stuart Corvette Club in Florida. Romie cherished spending time w ith his children and grandchildren playing poker and swimming in the po ol at his home in Florida.
