Obituary:
Age 85, died at 4:58 p.m. Saturday after a lingering illness. He was born November 2, 1890 in Oconto Falls and had been an Appleton resident during the past 56 years. Mr. Krueger was employed by the Wisconsin Michigan Power Company as a lineman, streetcar conductor and chief motor mechanic. He was a member of the Golden Age Club, Zion Lutheran Church and the V. F.W., having served with the U. S. Army Corps. of Engineers in France and Belgium during World War I. Survivors include his wife, Olga Tank Krueger; five sons: EIroy F., St; Petersburg, Florida; Erwin A., Freedom; Richard 0. and Duane G., both of Neenah; and Arlin E., Ballston Lake, New York; three sisters: Mrs. Herman (Ruth) Keil and Mrs. Jacob (Leone) Weyenberg, both of Kaukauna; and Mrs. Earl (Vynala) Laux, Rt. 2, Menasha; 17 grandchildren; and 12 great-grand-children. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church with the Rev. W. H. Gammelin officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church until the time of the service. A memorial fund is being established.

Obituary:
Duane G. "Duey" Krueger passed away at Oakridge Gardens Nursing Home at the age of 76. He was born and lived in Appleton for 27 years before moving to Neenah, and then retired to Lakewood.
Duey is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bonnie (Damsheuser) Krueger; his three children: Shawn (Barb) Krueger, Hortonville; Candace (Mike Fredrick) Krueger, Neenah; and Brandon (Samantha) Krueger, Neenah. He is further survived by five grandchildren: Tabitha (Jared); Zachariah; Gavin; Jocelyn; and Brandon, Jr "Bubba;" step-grandchildren: Kristin, Jenny, Semaja, Armonti, Armeryone, and Rodjanae; great-grandchildren: Carson, Aiden, and Evelyn. Also surviving Duey is his brother, Richard "Dick," of Appleton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gustave and Olga (Tank) Krueger; and his brothers: Harlem, Elroy, Ervin, and Arlen.
A funeral service for Duey will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, August 11, 2017 at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service.
