Obituary:
Menasha - Yvette Milheiser, age 69, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, January 13, 2018, surrounded by family. She was born April 9, 1948, daughter to the late Earl and Lydia (Brjlenska) Wirtz. After spending the first four years of her life in Germany, the family moved to the Appleton area, where Yvette has since resided. She graduated from Appleton West High School. Yvette continued her education at UW Oshkosh, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Yvette worked as a social worker for Outagamie County for almost 25 years. On September 2, 1972, Yvette was united in marriage to Dale Milheiser in Iron Mountain, Michigan. They were married until his passing in 2015. In her free time Yvette relished in her time spent with her friends and family. She was a social woman, always full of love, loyalty, and compassion.
Yvette is survived by her son: Jamey Milheiser (fiancé Lynn Sprowal); grandchildren: Samantha Milheiser and Skylah Sprowal; sister, Kathy (Jerry) Clay; nephew, Marty Milheiser; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held in memory of Yvette at 3 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2018 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME-LAEMMRICH CHAPEL, 312 Milwaukee Street Menasha. There will be a time of visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
