    Obituary:
    Robert A. Nackers died Monday, July 13, 2015 at Theda Clark Hospital. He was born January 30, 1930 in Wrightstown, son of Peter and Catherine (Vanden Wymelenberg) Nackers. He attended school in Wrightstown until he left to serve as a Staff Sergeant in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Upon his return home, he attended St. Norbert College and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He married Elizabeth (Betty) Hanegraaf Vander Wyst September 7, 1957 and she preceded him in death November 16, 1995. He worked for American Can as a Cost Accountant before joining Appleton Papers as the General Account Manager. He later joined Kimberly Clark as General Account Manager of the Consumer and Service Products Division before becoming the Financial Manager of the Fullerton, CA plant and Business Analyst for the Consumer Plant Division before his retirement in 1992.
    Bob was very active in both his church and community. He was an emeritus life member of the Institute of Management Accounting having served as past president of the old Northeastern WI chapter of the IMA. He served on the Neenah Park and Recreation Commission for 13 years, six as the Chairman. He also served on the Neenah Plan Commission for six years as Vice Chairman. He was a long time driver for the Meals on Wheels Program.
    Bob was a Trustee and Chairman of the Finance Committee at St. Gabriel Parish in Neenah for 13 years before moving to CA. Upon his return from CA, he joined St. Margaret Mary and served as a Trustee and member of the Finance Committee for 8 years. He was also a money counter as well as a Eucharistic Minister to the sick. For 17 years, Bob was Coordinator and Division Leader for the Twin Cities Perpetual Adoration Chapel and was currently a member of the Development Board of the Mount Tabor Retreat Center. He is a life member of the Knights of Columbus and served as past Grand Knight of Neenah Council 5514 as well as a State District Deputy for District 10. Bob was a devoted father, grandfather, husband and friend. He had a passion for his faith, travel, history, Brewers and Packers. He spent many years camping with his family at Little Silver Lake in Wild Rose.
    Bob is survived by Delores Anderson, his loving companion with whom he has shared the last 15 years; his six children: Lynn Lambert, Paul (Mary) Nackers, Mike Nackers, Jim (Debbie) Nackers, Cathy Augsburger and her companion John Kraimer, Lisa (Chad) Thiede; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; many relatives and friends.
    He was also preceded in death by his parents and a son-in-law Steve Lambert and several sisters- and brothers-in-law.
    Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 620 Division Street, Neenah with Fr. Michael Ingold officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Wrightstown. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2015, at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S Commercial St., Neenah and from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church until the time of the Mass. Military honors will be performed by active members of the U. S. Army and the Neenah Menasha Veterans Honor Team. A memorial has been established for Mt. Tabor Retreat Center, Menasha.
