    Henry Van Lankvelt, 92, Little Chute, died Saturday, March 27, 2010, at Colony Oaks Care Center. Henry was born Oct. 9, 1917, in the Town of Vandenbroek, eldest son of John and Hattie (Peerenboom) Van Lankvelt. He graduated from St. John High School in 1936. Henry married LaVerne Look on May 14, 1946, at St. John Church, Little Chute.
    He was a strong capable meat cutter working from his return from service at Look's Meat Market and then Gordy's Food Fair until he retired at the age of 65. During World War II, Henry served with the 913th Signal Corps. He kept up with many friends from the service throughout the rest of his life.
    Spare time brought out Henry's love of the outdoors, gardening, bird watching, wildflower tracking, cross-country skiing and hiking. He was active with Boy Scouts and liked nothing better than watching his sons at athletic games, both as players and managers. Henry enjoyed having card parties with family and friends. That's when his love of sweets and popcorn shone through. Henry was an active member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, Little Chute, as well as a member of the American Legion Jacob Coppus Post #258, Little Chute, for 60+ years.
    Henry is survived by his wife of 63 years, LaVerne; four children, Rick Van Lankvelt, Mark Van Lankvelt, Carl (Carol) Van Lankvelt and Pauline Van Lankvelt. He was quite happy when with his grandchildren, Katie, Kristin, Jessica (Paul), Laura, Rachel (Ben), Cole and Ryan. He is further survived by great-grandchildren, Gavin, Cody, David and Lily; a brother, Peter; sisters, Frances, Dorothy, Angela and Margaret; sisters-in-law, Janet and Shirley Van Lankvelt, Joan Regli, Lea Dunn, Rosella Look; brothers-in-law, Casey Lamers, Rainer Depies, Leo Campbell, Thomas Look and Joe Look.
    Henry was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Philip and Bernard; brothers-in-law, Peter Van Nuland and Fred Regli; a sister-in-law, Lorraine Van Lankvelt; parents-in-law, John "Jack" and Gertrude Look; best friends, Joe Hietpas and Eugene Peeters.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, 323 S. Pine Street, Little Chute, with Fr. David Funk O.F.M. Cap officiating. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery, Little Chute. Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the Mass. Military honors will be performed by members of the American Legion Jacob Coppus Post #258 and the U.S. Army Air Corps following the Mass at the church.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
    Henry's family would like to thank the staffs at Colony Oaks Care Center and Heartland Hospice, as well as Dr. Jack Meyer, for their care and compassion.

    Frances M. Van Nuland, 96, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016 at St. Paul Home. Frances was born on April 8, 1920 to John and Hattie Van Lankvelt. On November 8, 1939 she was united in marriage to Peter Van Nuland at St. John Catholic Church in Little Chute.
    Frances is survived by her son David Van Nuland, four grandchildren; Craig of Minneapolis, Rob and Margarita of Lacrosse, Daryl and Kathi of Mansfield, Massachusetts and Brian and Shari of Dunkirk, Indiana, six great grandchildren; Jacob, Dani and Ryan of Lacrosse, and Alex, Sam and James of Mansfield, Massachusetts, sisters-in-law, Lavern Van Lankvelt, of Little Chute, Jan Van Lankvelt of Neenah, a brother-in-law, Leo Campbell of Hilbert, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

    Dorothy H. Lamers, (Van Lankvelt), Kimberly, for 91 years Dorothy walked this earth, giving of herself endlessly to family, friend and community - passing away in her sleep from the effects of a stroke on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Born to John and Hattie (Peerenboom) Van Lankvelt at the family home in Little Chute on December 1, 1921, she was one of eight children. Dating days began on the floor of the Ravino Ballroom. She married Casey Lamers on June 17, 1947. Last June, they celebrated their 65th anniversary. He preceded her in death on December 2012. She enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds, making quilts for the church mission club (since 1960's), praying, reading lots of books and sprucing up her house.
    Dorothy is survived by her children: Dan Lamers (grandchildren Avery and Eli), Bob (Mary Ann) Lamers (grandsons Jeffrey (Laura) and Joseph), Mary Jane (Bruce) Cummings (granddaughters Elizabeth (fiancé Rob Mossop) and Anne (Greg Brahe) along with his great grandchild, Casey Brahe). Also survived by her sister, Frances Van Nuland and in-laws: Vern Van Lankvelt, Leo Campbell, Janet Van Lankvelt and Shirley Van Lankvelt, Nellie Ver Voort, Theresa Lamers, Pat Lamers and Ellen Lamers. Dorothy treasured her godchildren: Nancy Schoepel, Mike Pynenberg, Robin Piette, Julie DeBois, Jane Lewis, Dennis Lamers and Carl Van Lankvelt.
    Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Hattie Van Lankvelt; her siblings and their spouses: Hank Van Lankvelt, Pete and Lorraine Van Lankvelt, Pete Van Nuland, Margaret (Mugs) and Rainer Depies, Ang Campbell, Bernie Van Lankvelt and Phil Van Lankvelt. This includes in-laws: Harry Lamers, John (Julie) Lamers, Rich and Ann Pynenberg, Marie and Tony Greco, Harriet and Bernie Zack, Arnold and Theresa Lamers, Frank Lamers, Herman Lamers and Joe Ver Voort.

    Margaret M. (Van Lankvelt) Depies, age 89, Neenah, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 6th, with her son and daughter-in-law at her side. She was born on August 7, 1923 the daughter of the late John and Hattie (Peerenboom) Van Lankvelt. She graduated from St. John's High School in Little Chute, in 1942. She was married to Rainer Depies on June 20, 1946 in Little Chute, Wisconsin and celebrated 65 years of marriage before his passing on December 7th, 2011. Margaret and Rainer traveled and made many friends square dancing after retirement. She loved crafts and spent many hours making hooked rugs, needlepoint pillows, and Christmas ornaments. Margaret volunteered time in the pastoral care ministry at St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay. She loved spending time with friends and her four brothers and three sisters with whom she remained very close through out her life.
    Margaret is survived by her son Michael (Deborah) Depies of Neenah, two grandsons, Joel (Emily) Depies of Circle Pines, Minnesota, Benjamin (Brenna) Depies of Minneapolis, Minnesota and one great grandson, Wesley Michael Depies. Margaret is also survived by her brother-in-law Gerald (Joyce) Depies, two sisters, Fran Van Nuland and Dorothy Lamers, sisters-in-law Janet Van Lankvelt, Shirley Van Lankvelt, and La Verne Van Lankvelt, her brother-in-law, Leo Campbell and many nieces and nephews.     Angela Campbell, age 85, of Hilbert, died on Monday, September 26, 2011 at the Chilton Care Center in Chilton. She was born May 24, 1926, in the Town of Vandenbroek, the daughter of the late John & Hattie (Peerenboom) VanLankvelt. She graduated from St. John High School in Little Chute. Angela married Leo Campbell on October 10, 1950 at St. John Catholic Church in Little Chute. She was an active member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Hilbert. Angela worked for A&P of Appleton and Neenah as a head book keeper for 6 years. Angela loved going dancing with her husband on Sundays and spending time with her family either playing cards or having a family barbecue. She also enjoyed golfing with friends and volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul. Angela is survived by her husband of 61 years: Leo; three children: Patrick (Debbie) Campbell, Jerry Campbell, and Mary Mann; three grandchildren: Cory & Sarah Campbell, and Mitchell Mann. She is further survived by three sisters: Frances, Dorothy & Margaret; sisters-in-law: Alvina Campbell, Marie Fassbender, Janet, LaVerne & Shirley VanLankvelt; brothers-in-law: Casey Lamers and Rainer Depies. Angela was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers: Henry, Peter, Bernard & Philip; brothers-in-law: Peter VanNuland; Arthur Campbell, Bernard Fassbender; and a sister-in-law: Lorraine VanLankvelt. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 30, 2011 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Hilbert with the Rev. Mike Betley officiating. Burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wieting Family Funeral Home (411 W. Main St.) in Chilton from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 29, 2011 and on Friday at the church from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM. Bernard was born Aug. 20, 1928, in Little Ch ute to John and Hendrica (Peerenboom) Van Lankvelt. He served his count ry in the Army during the Korean War. Bernie married his wife Janet (Backe s) in Jan. of 1954 in Appleton and together they had seven children. Bern ie owned his own television and appliance sales and service business, Inde pendent Electronics, in Menasha. He also worked at St. Patrick's Cathol ic Church in Menasha until his retirement. Bernie loved the outdoors, hunt ing, camping, fishing, skiing; he also enjoyed watching soccer, wood carvi ng and his daily long walk. Bernie was active in the Boy Scouts as we ll as the Girl Scouts for many years.Bernard is survived by his wife, Janet, three sons; Peter, Paul (Lynn), a nd James J. Van Lankvelt all of Neenah, four daughters; Rose (William) Mar tell, Calumet, Mich., Jean (Mark) Reed, Neenah, Julie DuBois, Neenah and S usan (William) Rolf, Appleton, 15 grandchildren; Anemone, Daniel, Peter, M ariah, Jennifer, Lisa, Erik, Sara, Amanda, Gabrielle, Damien, Kristy, Jame s, Luke and Henry. He was born May 26, 193 0, in the town of Vandenbroek, the son of John and Hattie (Peerenboom) V an Lankvelt. He graduated from St. John’s High School in 1949. Phil marri ed Shirley Sanderfoot on April 19, 1955, at St. John Nepomucene Chur ch in Little Chute. They recently celebrated their fiftieth year of marria ge.He proudly served his country in the Korean War. Phil was employed at Rep ap of Wisconsin (formerly Kimberly-Clark) for 42 years. Phil was an avid f isherman and hunter. His joy in life since retirement was spending time wi th his family, especially his grandchildren, at his cottage on Lake Poyga n. He also enjoyed softball, football, cribbage and sheephead.
