Carl W. Yarcho, Mass of Christian burial for Carl W. Yarcho, an engineer for the Public Service Co. of Colorado for 38 years, will be said at 10:00 a.m. today at St. Bernadette Roman Catholic Church, West 12th Avenue, Lakewood. Entombment will be in Mount Olivet. Yarcho, 74, Lakewood, died Sunday at St. Anthony Hospital central. He was born July 6th, 1908, in Lincoln Illinois, and received a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois. He moved to Denver in 1935. He was a registered professional engineer, a ham radio operator and a member of St. Bernadette's Catholic Church, Alpha Chi Sigma fraternity, American Radio relay League and several other ham radio groups. Survivors include his wife, Caroline B.; a son, Kenneth J., of Lakewood; a daughter, Rosemary Converse, of Alexandria Virginia; and five grandchildren. Contributions made to St. Anthony Hospital Systems Flight for Life, Denver or to the Dominican sisters of the Sick Poor, Denver
1983 Rocky Mountain News dated March 3rd, 1983, Carl W. Yarcho, who lived at 955 Dudley Street, Lakewood died of a heart attack February 13th in St. Anthony hospital. He was 74.
