Obituary:
Jacob Osbolt, 91, a resident of H ot Springs since 1958, died June 15th at his home in Hot Springs. Bo rn in Logatec, Slovenia, he came with his family to Wakefield Michig an in 1901. He attended St. Vincent's College in Pennsylvania, St. John 's University in Collegeville, Minn., and served in the infantry in Wor ld War I. He served as president of the First National Bank of Chisholm M innesota from 1947 to his retirement in 1958. He was a member of the Knigh ts of Columbus, post 6419, the Hot Springs Elks Lodge, the American Legi on and the Prime Time Catholics. He was a member of St. John's Catholic C hurch. Survivors include his wife, Catharine Osbolt of Hot Springs; a dau ghter, Betty Parrucci of Chisholm, Minnesota; a sister, Frances Lopp of Ar cadia, California; five grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and sever al nieces and nephews. There will be a rosary service today in Gross Mort uary Chapel. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John 's Catholic Church, with Father Ralph Esposito officiating. Burial wi ll be in Cavalry Cemetery with Gross Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
