    1930 Census:
    On the 1930 census Till was 19 and working as a maid for Louis and Blanc he DeNault the Vice President of a Bank. Aunt Till got reported twice on t he 1930 census she was reported on Alex and Susanna Dupurt's.Aunt Till u se to walk her little dog Trigger down by the railroad tracks thru railro ad town in Jamestown, ND. One day Uncle Steve came out into the street a nd ask her if he could walk with her. Aunt Tillie went to Woodbury Scho ol (12/11/92).

    Tillie Bucknam, 99, Jamestown, died Monday, Jan. 4, 2010, in Jamestown.
    Tillie Campbell was born July 25, 1910, in Mandan, N.D., the daughter of Peter and Hilda Campbell. She lived in the Mandan area until the family moved to South Dakota and later to Minnesota in 1918, after her mother died. She moved to Pingree, N.D., in 1925, after her father's death. She attended St. John's Academy, Jamestown, graduating in 1930. She worked as a governess while in high school and later at the Grill Restaurant. She married Steve Bucknam in December 1938, at St. James Catholic Church, Jamestown. In 1939, they moved to California where she worked as a waitress and then as an office nurse in Los Angeles. She was an election official in Northridge, Calif., from the 1950s-1980s. She was active in her church for more than 30 years, teaching CCD classes into the 1980s. They returned to Jamestown in 1990, where she lived until 2007, when she moved to Ave Maria Village, Jamestown. He died in 2004. She enjoyed hiking, traveling, building their dream home, gardening, nature and reading.
    She is survived by two sons, Steve Jr. (Jody), Laguna Niguel, Calif., and Neil (Bari), Northridge, seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, stepmother and seven brothers and sisters.
    Services: 10 a.m. Thursday, St. James Basilica, Jamestown, with the Rev. John McGinnis officiating.
    Prayer service: 7 p.m. today, Ave Maria Village, Jamestown.
    Visitation: 2 to 5 p.m. today, Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown.
    Burial: Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown, in the spring.
