    Agnes Anne Hinkens, 86, Little Chute, Wis., passed away on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, at Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center in Menasha, Wis. Agnes was born Dec. 26, 1924, in Freedom, Wis., to the late Antone and Antoinette (Wildenberg) Van Boxtel. On Oct. 9, 1948, she married Clarence Hinkens. He preceded her in death Aug. 25, 1992. Agnes was a longtime and faithful member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church of Little Chute, Wis. Agnes had a wonderful sense of humor. She had a kind and caring spirit, was very giving, and loved her family passionately. She remained close with her entire family thru her whole life. Agnes loved life, had a strong faith, and was fun to be with. She was content with what life provided her, and found pleasure in pleasing and helping others.
    Survivors include four children, Carol (Bill) Johnson, Menominee, Mich.; Ron (Kay) Hinkens, Kaukauna, Wis.; Bob Hinkens, Helena, Mont.; Carl Hinkens, Hortonville, Wis.; one sister, Regina (Lawrence) Zuleger; three brothers, Raymond (Louise) Van Boxtel, Sylvester (Dolores) Van Boxtel, Elmer (Katherine) Van Boxtel; sister-in-law, Evelyn Hug; brother-in-law, Jim Sachs; grandchildren, Karla (Ed) Myers, Tony (Trista) Vande Hey, Joey (Laura) Hinkens, Kevin (Cindy) Johnson, Anne (Eric) Burmeister; great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Jeslyn, Kameron, Malorey, Gabriella, Kendall, Lizzie, Mylie, and Samantha; very special friends, Clarence "Sonny" Pennings, and special friend and shopping partner, Elsbeth Lamers. Agnes was preceded in death by her brother, Ervin, and sister, Margaret.
    Memorial Mass for Agnes will be Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church 323 Pine Street in Little Chute, Wis., at 5 p.m. Friends may call at the church from 3 p.m. until the service hour. Father James Hablewitz officiating. A dinner will be served following the Mass. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery in Appleton, Wis.     Sylvester (Ves) Van Boxtel, 89, of Seymour lost his valiant battle against cancer on Monday, October 2, 2017 at his home. He was born May 16, 1928 in Seymour, son of the late Anton and Antonette (Wildenberg) Van Boxtel. On June 10, 1950 he was united in marriage to Dolores Arnoldussen and they enjoyed 67 years of marriage together.
    Ves purchased the family farm from his father and enjoyed farming for many years. After selling the farm to his son Steve and because of his love of tractors and the outdoors, he began working at the Crystal Springs Golf Course maintaining their greens and of course playing lots of golf, another one of his loves. He enjoyed card playing with his family and friends and also loved any type of dancing; square dancing, polkas, whatever. He was a devoted father and no matter how busy with farm chores he always kept Sunday aside for family time together.
    He is survived by his wife Dolores; six children: Dennis (Kathy) Van Boxtel, Appleton; Steven ( Paula) Van Boxtel, Seymour; Daniel (Teri) Van Boxtel, Seymour; Kenneth (Tina) Van Boxtel, Tomahawk; Diane (Russell Tapley) Van Boxtel, Green Bay; Darlene (Joe) Bougie, Freedom; grandchildren:Sara Stone, Carrie (Ken) Meyer, Ashley (Justin) Peterson, Amanda (Keith) Keskinin, Abby Van Boxtel, Jamie (Christie) Van Boxtel, Cody (Sarah) Van Boxtel, Tiffany Van Boxtel, Dylan Van Boxtel (fiance' Ann Prescott), Autumn (Adam) Solakiewicz, Courtney Bougie, and Lindsey Bougie; step-grandchildren: Nathan (Jenna) Haase, Lyssa Haase, Cayley Haase, Lexie (Jed) Roffers, Ashley Spranger, Chelsea Spranger, and Allison Spranger; 15 great-grandchildren.     Regina K. Zuleger, 85, of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday morning, January 14, 2015 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Seymour. She was born August 6, 1929, daughter of the late Antone and Nettie (Willenberg) Van Boxtel.
    On September 30, 1950 she was united in marriage to Lawrence Zuleger.
    Regina was an active member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Navarino. She enjoyed gardening, clipping coupons and going to rummage sales, working hard on the farm, loved time spent outdoors and grocery shopping. But most of all was time spent with her family and close friends, playing cards for pennies and just being together.
    She is survived by her husband Lawrence; children: Dave (Linda) Zuleger, Freedom; Jerry (Jayne) Zuleger, Seymour; Don (Debbie) Zuleger, Black Creek; Bruce (Barb) Zuleger, Little Chute; Mark (Amanda) Zuleger, Bonduel; Barb (Tim) Smith, Pulaski; Brenda (Keith) Vosters, Freedom; Keith Zuleger, Pulaski; 25 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brothers: Ray (Louise) Van Boxtel, Seymour; Sylvester (Delores) Van Boxtel, Seymour; Elmer Van Boxtel, California; one sister--in-law, Evelyn Hug, Freedom; brother-in-law, Alvin Sachs, Neenah.

    Eugene L. "Red" Van Boxtel, age 60, of Hollywood, Florida, (formerly of Freedom), recently passed away in Florida due to complications of colon cancer. He was born July 26, 1946, the son of Evelyn Van Boxtel Hug and the late Ervin P. Van Boxtel.
    He is survived by his children: Sandra (Janet) Van Boxtel, Florida; Scott (Johnni Lyn) Van Boxtel, Florida; and their children, Jenna, Brett and Keith. He is further survived by his mother, Evelyn Van Boxtel Hug, Freedom; and his brothers and sisters: Judy (Jim) Ihde, Seymour; Donna (Mark) Champeau, Green Bay; Tom Van Boxtel, California; Randy Van Boxtel, Illinois; Jim (Kathy) Van Boxtel, Freedom; Pat (Dave) Feldkamp, Wrightstown; Bill (Jennifer) Van Boxtel, Black Creek; Lisa (Terry) Adams, Appleton. Also survived by Jean (Van Boxtel) Rebholz; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.
    A gathering for family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2007, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Freedom, from 10 a.m. until the memorial service at 12 noon, with Father Dave Hoffman officiating.     Thomas S. VanBoxtel, age 52, Los Angeles, California (formerly of Freedom) passed away recently in California after a lengthy illness, from complications due to multiple sclerosis and kidney failure. He was born April 25, 1955, the son of Evelyn Van Boxtel Hug and the late Ervin P. Van Boxtel. Tom was a graduate of Madison University with a Major Degree in Journalism and Research. He was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Los Angeles.
    He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Van Boxtel Hug, Freedom; and his sisters: Judy (Jim) Ihde, Seymour; Donna Champeau, Green Bay; Patricia (Dave) Feldkamp, Wrightstown; Lisa (Terry) Adams, Appleton; his brothers: Randy Van Boxtel, Illinois; James (Kathy) Van Boxtel, Freedom; William (Jennifer) Van Boxtel, Black Creek; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.
    Tom was preceded in death by, his dad, Ervin Van Boxtel, step-father, Norman Hug and one brother, Eugene Van Boxtel.
    Private funeral services for family will be held at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, with Deacon Don Newhouse officiating. Burial will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Freedom, WI. Online condolences may be expressed at
