Alvin was lovingly cared for by many people from Productive Living Systems until he returned home for his final months. Our heartfelt thanks especially to Tammy Darnick and Kari Ash who were with Alvin through his many procedures and to Jenny, Katie, Katie, Kelly, Andre'a, Mary, Steve and everyone else for your tenderness and love for Alvin. You all made it possible for him to live a fulfilling, independent adult life. Alvin had a passion for catching prize winning fish in the Fishing has No Boundaries program, playing baseball in the Neenah Discovery League, attending the Lifeteen mass at St. Raphael, working at Lakeside Packaging and participating in the many leisure activities offered through the Arc of the Fox Cities. In lieu of flowers, donations to any of the above organizations that enriched Alvin's life would be appreciated.
