    Anderson, Florence A.Florence A. Anderson, Kaukauna, age 81, died Thursday May 5th, 2005 at S t. Elizabeth Hospital. She was born September 26, 1923 to the late Willi am and Ellen (Dietzler) Baumgarten, Sr. in Kaukauna. Florence married Geor ge Anderson, Sr. on August 8, 1940 and enjoyed 60 years of marriage unt il his death in 2000. She was a longtime member on St. Mary Parish and enj oyed cooking, gardening, walking, reading and her two dogs, Sari & Sami. S he worked as a cook for many years at the Kaukauna Hospital.She is survived by her four children, George E. (Antoinette) Anderson, Jr ., Karl (Diane) Anderson, Mary (Larry Offer) Anderson and David (Patrici a) Anderson; ten grandchildren, Rebecca (Dal Vernon, PhD.) Riesing, Christ opher (Johanna Moore) Anderson M.D., Jennifer Anderson PhD., Michael Ander son; Derek (Diane) Anderson, Aaron (fiance, Beth) Anderson, Jay (Sarah) An derson, Erika Anderson, Melissa Childs and Stephen Childs; three great gra ndchildren, Grant, Dane and Dyllon; a brother Raymond (Mildred) Baumgart en and two sisters, Marie Frank and Dorothy Milbach and a son in law, Merl yn Childs.She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, George, h er daughter, Susan Childs, her granddaughter, Katherine Anderson, five bro thers, Marvin, Robert, Edward, Elmer and William Jr. and two sisters, Esth er and Marion.The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am on Monday May 9th, 2 005 at ST MARY of the ANNUNCIATION CATHOLIC CHURCH with Fr. Robert A. Udul utsch, OFM Cap. officiating. Friends will be received on Monday at Chur ch from 9:00 am until the time of service. A memorial is being establish ed in her name. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna is assisting t he family. 766-2099.The family would like to thank the staff at St. E's for all the care and c ompassion they gave Mom.

    Obituary:
    Karl J. Anderson, age 74 of Dale, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, March 21, 2016. Karl was born on September 16, 1941, in Kaukauna, WI the son of George Sr. and Florence (Baumgarten) Anderson. Karl graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1959, where he was a great athlete excelling in both track and volleyball. He then continued his education at Wisconsin State University-Stevens Point where he received a bachelor of science degree in Natural Science/Conservation in 1963. On June 6, 1964, Karl married Diane Rentmeester at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Green Bay. Karl started his teaching career at Mount Horeb High School, where he coached wrestling and football and then moved to Two Rivers teaching at Lincoln High School. Karl continued his education completing graduate work at both the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and University of Wisconsin-Stout. Karl concluded his teaching career at Fox Valley Technical College in Oshkosh and Appleton, where he retired in 2002 after 35 years.
    Karl's passion was the outdoors, which one could see portrayed through every aspect of his life. He enjoyed camping, hunting, spending time up north at the family cabin and working around the yard. Karl and Diane, his "Tweetie," traveled extensively throughout North America during their 55 years together; returning to their special, favorite spots. In recent years, Karl and Diane spent their winters in Golf Shores, Alabama. Since retiring, Karl began a new artistic hobby of hand carving walking sticks for friends and family as well as completing a childrens book. Karl will be remembered for his wicked sense of humor and special love for his family.
    Karl is survived by his wife, Diane; sons, Derek (Diane) Anderson and Aaron Anderson; grandsons, Dyllon and Wyatt Anderson; and brothers, George Jr. (Antoinette) Anderson and Dave (Pat) Anderson. He is further survived by brother and sister-in-laws, Janice (Bob) Anderson, Jim (Sandy) Rentmeester, Julie (Gary) Tilkens, Curt (Sue) Rentmeester, Gary (Ellen) Rentmeester, and Barbara (Dick) Leick; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
    Karl is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary Anderson-Offer and Susan Childs; father and mother in-law, Al and Ceil Rentmeester; and brother in-laws, Ronald Rentmeester and Kenneth Rentmeester.
    The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, March 28, 2016, at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, (105 N. Olk St.) Hortonville, with Msgr James Feely and Parish Director Greg Layton officiating. Family and friends are invited to visit directly at church Monday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
