Her children and grandchildren were her life. She is survived by her husband Tom; two daughters: Kelly Stilen (John Crooks), Shiocton; Regina Larsen, special friend Robert Bricco, Jr, Shiocton; two brothers: Paul (Mary) Hopfensberger, Wrightstown; George (Cindy) Hopfensberger, Kaukauna; a sister Kathy Rodderick, Washington; two grandchildren: Denver and Dylan. She is further survived her step-father Robert Hopfensberger, Chicago; several half brothers and half sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her step-mother Evelyn Hopfensberger and a special aunt Mary Hopfensberger.     Obituary:
    Edward "Eddie" J. Hopfensperger, age 59, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2015, at his residence. On May 16, 1956, Eddie was born in Appleton to George M. and Vivian R. (Boushley) Hopfensperger. Eddie had worked as a security guard for many different events, his favorite being EAA and New Year's Eve downtown Menasha. He enjoyed meeting people and loved life.
    Eddie will be missed by his loving siblings: Ralph (Debra), Roger, Lee, Robert, and Sarah Rohr; his former sister-in-law, Heather Hopfensperger-Emery; and several other family members and friends.
    A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, August 21, 2015, at Wichmann Funeral Home-Laemmrich Chapel, 312 Milwaukee Street in Menasha. The Memorial Gathering will be held from 11:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
