    Josephine Sanderfoot, age 95, Kimberly, passed away on Thursday June 20, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her loving family, just two weeks after being diagnosed with cancer. She was born November 2, 1918, the daughter of the late Jacob and Christine Van Hammond. Josephine married Clarence "Sandy" Sanderfoot on June 2, 1936. He preceded her in death on December 18, 1996 after 60 years of marriage. She was an avid fan of the Packers, Badgers, brewers and Papermakers and anything in which her children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren participated. Josephine was a talented woman who loved cooking, baking, sewing, knitting and reading. She volunteered at St. Joe's Food Pantry until one year ago. She was a member of Holy Spirit Parish and for many years worked with its Mission Club.

Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday from 12:00 pm until the time of the service. Burial at Holy Name Cemetery.     Mary Jane Paalman, age 85, of Mauston, formerly of Kimberly, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2017. She was born on January 9, 1932 in Neenah to the late John and Myrtle (Schaefer) VanHammond. She grew up in the Kimberly area and one night at a dance in Little Chute she met her husband, William G. Paalman. They were married on July 1, 1950 and they started their life together on a little farm in Sugar Bush. Eventually they moved to Kaukauna where they raised their family until William's retirement where they relocated to Land O'Lakes.
    Mary Jane was known for being the matriarch of the family. She always took it upon herself to take care of everybody. When she wasn't busy caring for others she enjoyed reading and sewing. Mary Jane was also known for having quite the Sweet Tooth. Above all she cherished time spent with her family and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all her heart.
    She is survived by her two daughters, Christine Driessen and Lucy Walker; her grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Paalman, Michael Meyerhofer, Angie Kerkenbush, Tyler Driessen and Jason Walker; 8 great- grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. Mary Jane is further survived by her brother, Richard (Toni) VanHammond; sister-in-law, Dolores VanHammond and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William and her brother, Marshall VanHammond.
    The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at HOLY SPIRIT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 600 E. Kimberly Avenue in Kimberly. Family and friends will gather Saturday at church at 10:00 am until the time of the Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.     Dorothy Van Drasek, Appleton, age 75, passed away suddenly at Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk. The funeral liturgy for Dorothy will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, July 31, 2009, at HOLY SPIRIT PARISH, 600 E. Kimberly Avenue in Kimberly with Fr. David Beaudry officiating. Entombment will follow at Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call directly at the church on Friday morning from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association.
    Dorothy will be remembered by all as a woman who was always there for those who needed a kind word from her, or perhaps just a hug and a listening ear.

    Darlene J. Dorn, Kimberly, age 73, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born September 28, 1936, to the late Martin and Angeline Van Roy in Kimberly, where she lived most of her life. Prior to her retirement from Colony Oaks Care Center in 1988, Darlene also worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
    Darlene is survived by her children: Kim (Bert) Zelten, Kewaunee; Cheryl (friend Jake), Kaukauna; Steve (Mary), Jimmy (Wanda), Mike (friend Helen) and Lori, all of Kimberly; grandchildren: Matthew, Adam, Jamie, Ryan, Alisha, Benjamin, Tracy (Brett), Matthew, Samantha, Bradley and Melissa; great-grandchildren: Jordan, Ryle and Rayna; brother Bernard Van Roy; sister-in-law Marcelline Beschta; brother-in-law Leo Van Drasek; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, James; sisters Rosella Schnese and Dorothy Van Drasek; sisters and brothers-in-law: Rita Van Roy, Stanley Beschta, Cal Schnese; step-father Wilbert Vande Berg; and mother- and father-in-law M. William and Mazella Dorn.
    Visitation will be held Tuesday May 25, 2010, at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (201 E. Main St., Little Chute) beginning at 4 p.m. until time of funeral at 6 p.m. The Deacon Bud Klister will officiate.     Donna M. Vollmer (Sanderfoot) Kaukauna Age 71, went peacefully to heaven to be with her husband, Jon on July 4, 2012. She was born on July 3, 1941 in Kimberly, the daughter of Clarence and Josephine (Van Hammond) Sanderfoot. On July 18, 1959, she was united in marriage to Jon E. Vollmer at Holy Name Catholic Church in Kimberly. They shared 45 loving years of marriage before Jon passed away on November 12, 2004. Donna worked for many years as a cook at Nicolet school in Kaukauna before her retirement. She enjoyed growing test roses, camping, snowmobiling, and attending old car shows.
    She is survived by her son Randy (Trudy) Vollmer, Kaukauna; her loving mother, Josephine Sanderfoot, Kimberly; two brothers: Ron (Faith) Sanderfoot, Combined Locks and Gary (Marilyn) Sanderfoot, Darboy; two sisters: Shirl (Michael) Otto, Appleton and Cyndi (Kim) Jansen, Darboy; She is further survived by Jon's family: Joe (Donna) Vollmer, Judd (Sue) Vollmer, Jim (Sandy) Vollmer, Kay Rankin, Genrose Vollmer, numerous nieces and nephews. Donna will be missed by special friends: Dan, Mary, and Donna Kettleson and Donna's Godchildren: Joe Rankin, Molly Jansen, and Dianna Van Toll. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jon, her father, Clarence Sanderfoot, a sister, Diane (Jerry) Schroeder, two brothers-in-law, Ron Rankin and Joe (Margaret) Vollmer, and Jon's parents: Sylvester and Helen Vollmer.
    Memorial services for Donna will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at the BOETTCHER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 2401 Fieldcrest Drive in Kaukauna with Rev. Walter Steinbach officiating. Inurnment will take place in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00 PM until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to Bethany Lutheran Church in Kaukauna or the charity of your choice .
    A special loving thanks to my mother for all of her gentle loving care and encouragement. I want to thank my family for all they have done, not the least of which was bringing an Elvis impersonator to sing at my birthday. God bless Rev. Walter Steinbach for his tireless effort to bring me comfort and peace. I give my utmost praise and thanks to Roxanne, John, and the staff at Province Terrace Villas.
