CLA. I have litt le record of them but they would have lived roughly between1780 and 183 0. Five of their children emigrated to AUS in 1841 by which time both P at and Cath. were deceased.(Shipping Records).Some children stayed in IRL. One was Margaret Kenna who married Michael Co x.I extracted the following from the O'Gonnelloe Baptisms register;

My abreviations were (BEL) Bealkelly, (BRAN) Ballybran.I have the later descendants of the above John Cox and that is about the e xtent of my info. I was very surprised and pleased to hear of someone el se who is researching this very small area. Ballylaghnan, Bealkelly and Ba llybran all adjoin and are almost in shouting distance of one another. I a lso have a photo of the old Cox residence in Ballylaghnan if that is of in terest.
