    Obituary:
    Orville Balthazor, 85, of Shawano, passed away early Friday morning, October 13, 2006, at the Aurora Baycare Medical Center, Green Bay. He was born March 17, 1921, the son of the late Louis and Mathilda (Bricko) Balthazor. He was united in marriage to Josephine Mentzel on June 17, 1939, in Eland. She preceded him in death on August 3, 1997. Orville retired from the Bonduel School District where he was employed as a maintenance engineer and bus driver. He enjoyed fishing, baking and time spent with his family. He is survived by his children: Joe (Linda) Balthazor, Hartland; JoAnn (Alan) Knapp, Waubeka; Rosemary (Dennis) Stilen, New London; Barbara (Joe) Creviere, Appleton; Michael (Joyce) Balthazor, Bonduel; Les (Jane) Balthazor, Green Bay; Patricia (William) Buss, Bonduel; Carol (Steve) Short, Navarino; 31 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren; special friend, Jeanne; his fishing buddy, Dale; special friends, caregivers and grandchildren, Stephanie and Todd Wegner. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years; twin sons, Patrick and Timothy; a grandson; great-granddaughter; son-in-law; five sisters and four brothers. Friends may call at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, 358 S. Main St., Seymour on Sunday, October 15, 2006 from 1 p.m. until the funeral service at 4 p.m., with Sr. Jane Rhea officiating. The burial will be at St. Philomena Cemetery, Birnamwood. Online condolences may be expressed at
