    Mathilda (Tilly) Pritzl Anhalt, died 22 July 1969 in Manitowoc. Burial will be in St Mary Church Cemetery, Clarks Mills. She was born 28 May, 1898 in Brillion, to the late Anton and Mary Zipperer Pritzl, and was married on 17 June, 1919 to Joseph E Anhalt at Kasson Catholic Church, Kasson, Wisconsin. They farmed in Cato.     Gordon M Anhalt, age 74, of 12900 CTH-K, Cato, died early Wednesday morning, May 17, 1995, at Bellin Hospital, Green Bay. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 20, 1995, at 10:30 a.m. at St Joseph's Catholic Church, Kellnersville. Rev Ronald Columbo will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with Sr Marlene Greatens, Homlist. Burial will follow at the Knollwood Memorial Gardens with Military Rites accorded by Kubale-O'Connell VFW Post. Mr Anhalt was born May 23, 1920 in Clarks Mills, son of the late Joseph and Mathilda Pritzl Anhalt. He attended schools at Clarks Mills. Mr Anhalt was a World War II veteren serving in the Army Air Corp from January 1942 to September 1945. He served in Africa and in Europe. On February 8, 1945 he was married to Betty Barnes at St Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The couple lived in New Holstein for many years until 3 1/2 years ago when they moved to their present address. In the past, Mr Anhalt worked for Tecumseh Products at New Hostein for 18 years, retiring in 1983. He is a member of St Joseph's Catholic Church, the Antique Steam Engine Club and a member of Kubale-O'Connell VFW Post #6179 of Cato. Survivors include his wife, Betty, Cato; one son and aughter-in-law, Ronald and Pam Anhalt, Honolulu, Hi; five daughters and four sons- in-law, Carol and Mike Kohlmann, Manitowoc, Connie (Harlan) Sauer, Cato, Beverly Anhalt, Two Rivers, Lynn and Gerald Luebke, Sheboygan Falls, Marlene and John Allen, Manitowoc; 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; three brothers and sisters- in-law, Claude and Marie Anhalt, Reedsville, Wilfred and Ruth Anhalt, Connecticut, David and Shirley Anhalt, Manitowoc; seven sisters and brothers-in-law, Charlotte and Wesley Rovang, Aberdeen, S.D., Jean and Karl Klein, Cato, Mary Ann and Gordon Wotruba, Manitowoc, Joan and Merrill Buck, Manitowoc, Rose and Patrick Scanlon, Oshkosh, Phyllis and Robert Uhrich, Manitowoc, Coleen and Roger Brunner, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Gordon was preceded in death by twin brothers and one sister. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of services. The Sauer Funeral Home, Kellnersville, is assiting the family with funeral arrangements.

    Charlotte Anhalt was born Feb. 2, 1926, to Joseph and Matilda (Pritzl) Anhalt in Cato, Wis., where she was raised and received her education.

    During World War II, Charlotte moved to Minneapolis, Minn., where she was employed with Honeywell Company supporting the war effort.

    After the war, Charlotte married Wesley "Wes" Rovang on Feb. 23, 1946, in Webster, S.D. They made Aberdeen their life-long home.

    In addition to raising six children, Charlotte worked as a secretary and bookkeeper for many years. Charlotte also volunteered for St. Luke's Auxilliary Guest House, St. Luke's Gift shop and Birthright. She was an active member of Sacred Heart Church, singing in the choir and was a member of the Sacred Heart Altar Society Band No.11. Charlotte was an active member of the YMCA. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, dancing, playing bridge and spending time with her family.

    Charlotte passed away Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009, at her home with family and hospice care in attendance.
    Surviving Charlotte are: her husband, Wes of Aberdeen; her six children, Cynthia (Blair) Smith of Simsbury, Conn., Richard Rovang of Aberdeen, Patricia (Robert) Voll of Lexington, Ky., Bonnie (Jim) Schmidt of Eagan, Minn., Rebecca (Patrick) Curren of Bloomington, Minn. and Ronald (Bliss) Rovang of Aberdeen; eight brothers and sisters, Wilfred K. Anhalt of Connecticut, David M. Anhalt of Manitowoc, Wis., Jeanette Klein of Manitowoc, Wis., Mary Ann Wotruba of Manitowoc, Wis., Joan Buck of Manitowoc, Wis., Phyllis Uhrich of Manitowoc, Wis., Rose Scanlan of Oshkosh, Wis., and Colleen Brunner of Manitowoc, Wis. and seven grandchildren.
    Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Gordon Anhalt and Claud Anhalt and one sister, Ruth Anhalt.

    Charlotte married Rovang, Wesley 23 Feb 1946. Wesley was born 1 Feb 1924; died 27 Oct 2014, Aberdeen, Brown, South Dakota, USA; was buried , Sunset Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen, South Dakota, USA. [Group Sheet]
