    Obituary:
    Mary J. Mc Daniel Loos, Darboy, age 71, died Sunday October 27, 2013 at her home. She was born in De Pere on March 1, 1942 to the late Gertrude (Thyssen) Mc Daniel. Mary wed Daniel Loos on June 13, 1964 at Holy Cross Parish in Kaukauna. She worked at Larry's Piggly Wiggly until her retirement. Mary enjoyed time spent on her treadmill, walking outdoors and "going to Curves". Her home was her love and she took great pride in taking care of it. Mary also enjoyed visiting Door County, especially Peninsula State Park.
    Mary is survived by her husband of 49 years, Daniel; children: Melissa (Gary) Verkuilen, Kaukauna and Kyle, Neenah; grandsons: Josh (Sarah) and Nate Verkuilen; siblings: Donna (Myron) Schuette, Ken (Cher), Steve (Ann) and Gordy (Linda) Mc Daniel; and brother-in-law: Craig "Skip" (Ellen Braunberger) Loos. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    In addition to her mother, Mary was preceded in death by her infant brother, Carl Mc Daniel; father and mother-in-law, Oscar and Florence Loos; and niece, Sarah.
    Visitation will be held Friday November 1, 2013 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 4:30 p.m. until the time of service at 7:30 p.m. Deacon Steven Vande Hey will officiate. To sign the guest book, please visit oconnellfh.com. A memorial is being established.
    Mary's family would like to thank Drs. Davis, Johnson and Dar as well as the staff at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center - Oshkosh and Green Bay. A special thank you to The Ladies at Curves and Julie VanDyke, words cannot express our gratitude.
