    Obituary:
    David P. Parker Appleton, age 43, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2007, at Brewster Village in Appleton, due to complications from an auto accident in 1988. David was born December 18, 1963, in Kaukauna, the son of Lyle "Bud" Parker and Judy (Casey) Parker Koch.
    David is survived by his father Lyle "Bud" ( Luella) Parker, Tigerton and his mother, Judy (Jim) Koch, Menasha, two brothers; Daniel (Patricia) Parker, Menasha, Tim (Sandra) Parker, Appleton, five nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and an infant brother.
    Funeral services for Dave will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at the Laemmrich Funeral Home, 312 Milwaukee St., Menasha. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service. Entombment will be in Shrine of Heaven Mausoleum, Neenah.
    The family would like to say thank you to the staff at Brewster Village, especially Brenda and Diane, for their loving care over the years.
