    Primary races a possibility for supervisor spots The possibility of primary contests in three Outagamie County supervisory districts has arisen as candidates continue to take out nomination papers. iwo of the possible primaries are in the two Little Chute districts- Two candidates took out papers Monday for the Dist. 23 post being vacated by Edward Spierings. They are Fabian Ourada, 63, 325 W. Main St., and Daniel t. verstegen, 33, 116 Greenfield Drive. Ourada is a retired buyer for the H. C. Prange Co. and Verstegen is a social >-orksr in the Ashwaubenon School System. Ke also is president of the St. John School Board. A third candidate, George Vanderloop Sr., previously had taken out papers. In Dist. 24, Donald Nagel, 38, 1205 Kietpas St.. joins incumbent Paui Kostka and Guy Peeters as candidates. Nagei is manager of the Jacks or Better Club. In Appleton Dist. 4, Vince Burgess, 23, 1224 W. Summer St., became the third person to take out nomination papers, joining incumbent Roland Voss and Walter Plamann. Burgess, who is a student at the University of Wisconsin Center-Fox Valley and a part-time grocery clerk, said he was not certain at this point whether he actually would run. Two more incumbent supervisors took out nomination papers Monday. They are Daniel Williams, Dist. 25, and Norman Julius, Dist. 35. Williams, 66, 515 S. Washington St., Combined Locks, is retired. Julius, 51, Greenville, operates a farm. Williams is seeking his fourth term on the board and Julius is trying for his second term.
