    Wichman Jr., Ray Gillett Age 75, died quietly at home, on Tuesday, February 17, 2004. He was born June 13, 1928, in Appleton, to Ray Wichman Sr. and Leona (Gehring) Wichman. Ray was a member of the National Guard and Reserves. On September 17, 1949, Ray married Mildred Groat. Ray spent his entire working career in the farm implement business. He was co-owner of the former Gillett Implement, Inc. Ray was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, County Rd. H, Town of Gillett. He was very active in the community and church. He was an avid woodworker.
    Ray is survived by his wife, Mildred, Gillett; his children and their spouses: Ken Wichman and Penny Tennermann, Cincinnati, OH; Sue and Lynn Munger; Doug and Ann Wichman, all of Green Bay; three grandchildren: Emily Wichman, Cincinnati, OH; Elizabeth Wichman, Samuel Wichman, both of Green Bay; a sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and Robert Winters, Appleton; three brothers and sisters-in-law: Vernon and Shirley Wichman, Earl and Joyce Wichman, Gary and Linda Wichman, all of Appleton; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Ray was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Floyd Wichman.
    Friends may call from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday (TODAY) at the Kuehl Funeral Home, Gillett 920-855-2144, and then at Immanuel Lutheran Church, County Rd. H, Town of Gillett, Friday after 10 a.m. Memorial Services 11 a.m. Friday, February 20, 2004, at the church, with the Rev. John Laatsch officiating.
    In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established.

    Earl G. Wichman, age 73, was called home on Sunday, January 31, 2010, due to heart complications at Theda Clark Medical Center, Neenah. Earl was born on May 22, 1936, in Appleton; son of the late Raymond and Leona (Gehring) Wichman. On November 1, 1958, in Marion, WI, he was united in marriage to Joyce A. Niemuth. Earl graduated from Freedom High School in 1954. He worked for Wisconsin Bell for 35 years before he retired and started farming full-time. Earl was a lifetime member of St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Freedom. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons; he adored, and loved spending time with his grandchildren and also getting away to his home in Marion, WI.
    Earl is survived by his wife, Joyce Wichman, Freedom; children, Kristi (Chris) Zillmer, Little Chute, Kevin (Lori) Wichman, Marion, Jeff (Penny) Wichman, Appleton and Greg (Kara) Wichman, Bonduel; grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, Kelly and Jessica Kolb, Mackenzie Wichman, Matt (fiancee Alisha Voight) Wichman, Bethany Wichman, Justin (fiancee Emily Straw) Wichman, Nathan Wichman and Alicia, Cody, Collin and Morgan Wichman; stepgrandchildren, Trent and Hannah Thomas; brothers, Vernon (Shirley) Wichman and Gary (Linda) Wichman; sister, Bev (Bob) Winters, sisters-in-law, Millie Wichman, Karen (Stan) Riska, Pat (Jim) Krueger, June (Dale) Kluth and Sandy (William) Springstroh; brother-in-law, Gary Mortensen; mother-in-law, Elda Niemuth and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Floyd Wichman and Ray Wichman, Jr.
    Funeral services for Earl will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at 11 a.m. at ST. PETER EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, N2749 French Rd., Freedom, with the Rev. Tim Glende officiating. Family and friends may visit at Jansen Fargo Funeral Home, Kimberly on Tuesday (TONIGHT) from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m and again on Wednesday at church from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will take place in St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established to benefit St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church Building Fund.
    Earl's family would like to say a special thank you to the doctors and nursing staff in the CCU at Theda Clark for their wonderful care.
