    Obituary:
    Joseph A. Loberger, Appleton Age 93, died Saturday, January 14, 2006, at Brewster Village. He was born May 4, 1912, in Milwaukee, the son of the late Barbara and Joseph Loberger. Joe married Victoria Zemblowski on May 25, 1935, in Oconto Falls. She survives. The Lobergers lived in Appleton the first five years of their marriage, where they both worked at the Atlas Mill. They then moved to Lake Geneva at the start of World War II where he studied diesel engineering and worked on ships for Fairbanks & Morris. In 1955, Joe, Vicky, and their four children moved back to Appleton, where he took over his father's industrial knife grinding business. He retired from the business at the age of 62. Joe was very active in barbershopping and square dancing. He was a square dance caller for Waupaca Squares for ten years. He also enjoyed camping with his family.
    Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Vicky; and four children, Barb (George) Bolwerk, Dick (Marge) Loberger, Mary (Bill) Warnecke, and Joan (Geno) Jarvi; there are 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; and his sister, Lucille Kimple.He will be sadly missed by all.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, Barb and Joseph Loberger, a baby sister, and his brothers Glen and Jerome.
    A memorial liturgy for Joe will be celebrated at noon Wed., January 18, 2006, at HOLY SPIRIT PARISH, Kimberly Campus, 600 East Kimberly Avenue, Kimberly, with Father Thomas Pomeroy as celebrant. Urn burial will be in Appleton Highland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. Wednesday until the time of services directly at the church. A memorial fund is being established in Joe's name.
