BELOIT, Wis. - Services for Mrs. Margaret A. Doran, former Beloit resident who died Friday night in Colonial Manor, Madison, will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. in Daley-Murphy-Wisch Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. in St. Thomas Catholic Church here. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call this afternoon and evening in the funeral home, where the rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. today.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Roberta J. Magnusan, Rockford; Mrs. Mary Decker, Madison; and Mrs. Helen Dooley, Beloit; two sisters, Mrs. Harriet Murphy, Freeport, Ill., and Mrs. Hilary Kleckner, Aurora, Ill.; a brother, William Cox, Western Springs, Ill.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. STOUGHTON - Mary Bernadette (Doran) Decker, age 90, of Stoughton, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006, at Nazareth House.
She was born on Feb. 18, 1916, in Rockford, Ill., a daughter of Miles and Margaret Doran. Mary married Alfred J. Decker on June 1, 1940, in Beloit.
She was an accomplished secretary, who raised three children. Mary was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. She was a member of Catholic Daughters for 60 years with two terms as regent.
Mary loved playing bridge, bowling and golfing.
She is survived by her children, Alfred (Sharon) Decker of Langhorne, Pa., John (Sharyn) Decker of Janesville, and Margaret Decker of Laguna Beach, Calif.; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Roberta Magnuson of Janesville.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred; her parents; and two sisters, Kathleen Doran and Helen Dooley.
Funeral services will be held at NAZARETH HOUSE CHAPEL, 814 Jackson St., Stoughton, at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 24, 2006, with Monsignor Gerard Healy presiding. Visitation will be at NAZARETH HOUSE from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Madison.

Funeral arrangements were still incomplete last night for Kathleen Winnifred Doran, 13-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Miles Doran of Beloit who died Monday night in a Beloit hospital following a two-week illness. The Doran family formerly lived in Rockford.

Obituary:
Roberta "Bert" Magnuson, age 87, of Janesville, formerly of McFarland and DeForest, passed away on November 17, 2011, at Cedar Crest Retirement Center. She was born on February 18, 1924, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Miles and Margaret Doran. Bert was united in marriage to Eugene Magnuson in 1950. She was a longtime active member of Christ the King Catholic Church. In her later years Bert moved to DeForest, and most recently to Janesville.
Bert is survived by six nieces and nephews: Kathy Weeks, Patrick Dooley, James Dooley, Al Decker Jr, John Decker and Margaret Decker; and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; and sisters, Mary, Helen and Kathleen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at CHRIST THE KING CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5306 Main St., McFarland, at 11 a.m., on Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, with Father D. Stephen Smith presiding. Burial will be at St. Olaf's Cemetery at 2 p.m. Monday. Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass on Monday. Janesville Gazette November 19, 2011.
