    Catherine A. Stemper
    Stemper, Catherine A. (Nee Cox) Age 88, died peacefully Friday, January 16, 2009, at home in Wauwatosa, WI. Born June 27, 1920 in Wautoma, WI, to John A. and Sophy P. Cox. Graduated from Holy Angels High School, Milwaukee and attended Marquette University. Married Robert A. Stemper on December 21, 1942. Survived by her loving husband Robert; four children, Thomas (Karen) Stemper of Egg Harbor, WI, William (Nancy) Stemper of Philadelphia, PA, John (Cindy) Stemper of Minneapolis, MN and Susan (Doug) Reed of Barrington, IL; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia Gonring of West Bend, WI and brother, Thomas (Patricia) Cox of Phoenix, AZ. Preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Geraldine Keane of Milwaukee and Mary Smith of Freeport, IL. Visitation Wednesday, January 21 at San Camillo Chapel (10200 W. Blue Mound Rd.) from 10 AM until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Burial to follow at St. Mary's Visitation Cemetery, Elm Grove. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the St. Camillus Foundation or the Jesuit Partnership appreciated.
