    Richard R. Kramer, New London, age 55, passed away peacefully with his family by his side after many years of suffering on Wednesday October 21, 2015 at Theda Clark Medical Center. He was born in Appleton on August 2, 1960 to the late Robert and Mary (Nytes) Kramer. Rick worked as a millwright at Thilmany Pulp and Paper for 28 years.
    Rick will be missed by his sisters, step mother, step siblings, nieces, nephews and good friends.
