    Jansen, Joan L. (Klitzke)
    76, passed away July 20, 2009, at Cherry Meadows, Appleton. Joan was born March 22, 1933, to the late August and Minni (Ritzke) Klitzke, in Stockbridge, WI. Joan graduated from Chilton High School in 1950 and married John "Jack" Jansen June 19, 1954. Joan worked at Gramble Food Store for 10 years, and worked for 30 years at Lawrence University as supervisor of the payroll and insurance departments. Joan and her husband, Jack, have lived in Grand Chute since June 1960. She was president of the Judy Lynn Fan Club and the Bonnie Lou Fan Club. She started five collector car shows; the last one was the one in Grand Chute for the last 11 years. Once you had Joan as a friend, she was always your friend.
    Joan is survived by her husband, Jack, of 55 years; a special stepdaughter, Kate Robley; a special friend, Matt Bouressa; three sisters and three sisters-in-law. She is also survived by her beloved cats: Jake, Smokey, Lily and Blue.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; mother-in-law and father-in-law; and her beloved cats: Joey, Tiger, Porter and Cody. Joan is further survived by many dear close friends.
    Funeral services for Joan will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2009, at the Star of Hope Chapel in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton, with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Entombment will at Highland Memorial Park. Visitation for Joan will be from 12 p.m. (noon) until the time of services Friday at the Star of Hope Chapel.
    The family and Joan's beloved cats request that no flowers be sent. A memorial fund is being established in Joan's name.

    Obituary:
    Donna M. Klitzke, age 82, passed away on Friday August 4, 2017 in Milwaukee, WI. Donna was born on March 25, 1935 to August and Minnie (Ritzke) Klitzke in Chilton. She moved to Milwaukee as a young adult where she resided for over 50 years.
    Donna's interests included jogging, reading books, the theater, traveling and she loved to work. Donna also loved Lisa's dog Gypsy.
    Donna is survived by two sisters Leona Van Deraa, and Carol Franzke, a brother in law Jack Jansen and by many nieces, nephews, friends, and family members.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Joan Jansen, brothers in law; James Van Deraa and Alfred Franzke.
    Memorial services will be held on August 12, 2017 at VALLEY FUNERAL HOME 2211 N. Richmond St. Appleton. Visitation will be from 12 p.m until time of service at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Mike Huff officiating.
    The family would like to send a special thank you to Seasons Hospice and Alexian Village.
