    Duane Elling Beckman, age 91, died peacefully on Friday, November 7, 2011 at his home in Greenville. Duane was born August 16, 1920 in Appleton son of the late William and Maude (Ellefson) Beckman. Camper attended Woodlawn School and helped work the family farm. He served his country in the United States Army during WWII in the South Pacific. Camper was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Appleton and video taped the church services for several years. He was formerly employed with Scholding Locks Company of Appleton for 35 years in the maintenance department. Camper loved cookouts and enjoyed going camping with family and friends.
    Camper is survived by a daughter, Carla Clements, Milwaukee; three grandchildren, Robert, Cory and Ashlee and two great-grandchildren, Bentley and Caliegh, a brother, Russell Beckman, Appleton; a sister, Alice (Leonard) Moder, Menasha; a sister-in-law, Alma Beckman, Appleton; and a brother-in-law, Carl Hendricksen, Sherwood.
    He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Orville and Clarence and three sisters, Erdine Froehlich, Betty Hendricksen and Ina Krzyzak.
    A celebration of Duane's life will be held 1pm Monday, November 14, 2011 at Valley Funeral Home. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton, with Military Honors. Camper's family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home on Monday from 11am until the hour of service. A memorial fund is being established in Duane's name.
    Camper's family would like to extend a special thank you to Dennis Froehlich, his exceptional care giver and to Sharon Kaddatz for her support and giving Camper his nickname. Also to the staff of Kindred Hearts Senior Living and to the nurses at Heartland Hospice for all the support and loving care rendered to Camper.

    Erdine Elaine Froehlich died Sunday, August 12, 2007, at the age of 84. She was born February 10, 1923, to William and Maude (Ellefson) Beckman. She married Arthur (Archie) H. Froehlich in 1947. She retired from Appleton Medical Center in l985. Erdine enjoyed camping with her brother Duane at Bagley Rapids, and spending time with her special friend Mary Kraus.
    Erdine is survived by a son: Dennis (Sharon) Froehlich; daughters-in-law: Linda (Roger) Froehlich, Geraldine (Jerry) Froehlich, Kathy (Jerry) Froehlich; grandchildren: Jeff (Shelly ) Froehlich, Bill (Terry) Froehlich, David Froehlich, Gary (Lori) Froehlich, Mike (Sue) Froehlich, Debra Froehlich, Ronald Froehlich, Steven (Chris) Froehlich, Deanna (Todd) Baxter, and Scott Froehlich. She had 28 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She is further survived by three sisters: Alice (Len) Moder, Betty (Carl) Hendrickson, and Ina Krzyzak; and two brothers: Duane Beckman and Russell Beckman.
    Erdine was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Arthur Froehlich; sons: Roger Froehlich and Gerald Froehlich; brothers: Clarence Beckman and Orville Beckman; sister-in-law: Bonnie Beckman; and brother-in-law: Ed Krzyzak.
    Funeral Services for Erdine will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2007, at Valley Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park.
    The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Christ The Rock Church (Oak Ministries.

    Betty Jane Henrickson, age 83, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2009, at Appleton Medical Center. She was born on April 7, 1925, the daughter of the late William and Maude (Ellefson) Beckman. Betty attended Appleton High School and on July 23, 1953, she married her loving husband, Carl Henrickson, in Illinois. Betty loved to play cards, shop at rummage sales, go camping and fishing.
    Betty is survived by her husband, Carl Henrickson; brothers: Russell Beckman and Duanne Beckman and sisters: Alice (Len) Moder and Ina Kryszak. She is preceded in death by her sister, Urdine Froehlich and brothers: Orville Beckman and Clarence Beckman.
    A Memorial Service will be held for Betty on Thursday, March 19, 2009, at 11 a.m. at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 3212 S. Oneida Street, Menasha, with the Rev. Judy Deckert officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
    In lieu of flowers, the family of Betty has established a memorial fund.

    Ina M. Krzyzak, 75, Menasha, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at Appleton Medical Center. She was born May 12, 1936, in Appleton. Ina married Edward Krzyzak, Sr. on May 2, 1956. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1996.
    Ina is survived by two sons, Edward (Judy), Kimberly; and Kurt (Kathreen), Elkhart Lake; a daughter, Julie Krzyzak, Menasha; five grandchildren, Sara Olsen, Keith (Trisha) Krzyzak, Amanda Krzyzak, Aaron Reitz, and Marissa Krzyzak; four great-grandchildren, Destiny, Desi, Chandler Nicolaison, and Faith Krzyzak; two brothers, Wayne Beckman, Greenville; and Russell Beckman, Appleton; and one sister, Alice (Leonard) Moder, Menasha.
    She was preceded in death by her husband; grandson, Guy; and great-granddaughter, Aspen.

    William "Bill" David Froehlich, age 45, of Menasha, died Thursday August 25, 2016 at Froedtert Medical Center, Milwaukee, from a two month battle with lymphatic cancer. He was born in Appleton on October 7, 1970, son of Dennis and Sharon (Frank) Froehlich. Bill married Theresa Fenner on July 31, 2004.
    Bill served his country in the U.S. Army from October 1989 until January 1992. He and Theresa were the co-owner/operators of Elder Lodge Assisted Living, Fox Crossing. Bill loved science fiction, either reading his many books or watching sci-fi movies. He enjoyed playing board games, darts and cribbage. His greatest enjoyment came from his two black lab dogs, Sadie and Shadow.
    Bill is survived by his wife of 12 years, Theresa; their three children: Andrew, Elizabeth and Shaun; his father, Dennis; brother Jeff (Shelly) Froehlich; three sisters in-law, Cheryl (Jeff) Gebhart, Amy (Kris) Cook and Becky Standiford; and a brother in-law, Richard (Patti) Fenner. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon on October 27, 2009.
    Memorial service for Bill will be 11:00 AM on Saturday September 3, 2016 at VALLEY FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Ronald Szep officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday morning beginning at 9:00 AM until the 11:00 service. Full military honors will follow.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
    Bill's family would like to extend a special thank you to the caring staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, and the MICU and CVICU staff at Froedtert Medical Center, Milwaukee, for all of their care and compassion.
