Obituary:
Jim Fox, age 76, of Kaukauna, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Grand Horizons in Appleton. He was born on May 1, 1937, in Kaukauna, the son of the late Henry and Josephine (Vanden Bloomer) Fox. On February 16, 1963, Jim married Mary Voissem at St. Mary Catholic Church in Menasha. He was employed at Thilmany for 37 years and retired from Precision Paper Converting in 2001. Jim looked forward to family time at the cottage on Chute Pond and trips to the casino to push buttons. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing cards, feeding the birds and going out to eat.
Jim is survived by his wife, Mary Fox; sons: Chuck (Karen) Fox and Mike (Rose) Fox; grandchildren: Jason (Shelli) Fox and Stephanie (Ed) Rader; Jon and Sam Fox; great grandchildren: Landon, Bentley, Eddie and Aria; brothers: Norbert (Jo Ann) Fox and Peter Fox; sisters: Dorothy (Frank) Jordan and Shirley Seefeldt; sister-in-law, Pam (Joe) Jansen; and brother-in-law, Harold (Rie Ann) Jansen. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jim was preceded in death by his first wife Nancy Fox, brother Gerald (Pat) Fox, sister Marlene Holschuh, special friend Marcey Vanden Berg, and sisters-in-law: Becky Jansen and Suzanne Kasten.
The memorial service for Jim will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Fargo Funeral Home in Kaukauna. Deacon Bruce Corey will be officiating. Inurnment will take place at St. John Catholic Cemetery in Little Chute. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday at the funeral home from 9:00 am until the time of service.
