Obituary:
Catherine M. "Katie" Brockman , age 84, of Little Chute, passed away in her sleep on July 2, 2017. She was born on May 27, 1933 to the late John and Wilhelmina "Minnie" (Hietpas) Evers. On September 17, 1955 Katie married Raymond Brockman at St. John Catholic Church in Little Chute.
Katie was a member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. Anyone who knew her knows she was always on the go. You might see Katie and Heimer on a Friday or Saturday getting a bite to eat or signing in after her Friday hair appointment or Saturday Mass.
She is survived by her husband Raymond "Heimer"; her children; Cindy (Bob) Schlimm, Becky (Ken "Tomato") Berken, Tim (Diane) Brockman and Joey (Nancy "Putts") Brockman; her grandchildren, Tom and Dan Schlimm and Anna (P.J.) White, Todd (Carrie) Berken, Greg and Eric Berken, Lauren (Moira Farrell) Brockman, Aaron Brockman, Dave and Ben Brockman; great grandchildren; Blake and Caleb Berken. Katie is also survived by her siblings, George (Celeste) Evers and Donald Evers; her in laws; Ade Evers, Lorayne Evers, Peggy Evers, Rosie Evers, Ronald Beattie, Martha Kahler, Jeanette Wilz, Cliff (Kathy) Brockman and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her mother and father- in- law, Rose (Sylvester) and Arthur Brockman, and her siblings, Ed (Vi) Evers, Ray (Del) Evers, Henry Evers, Delia (Martin) Joosten, Tony Evers, Sebastian "Whitey" Evers, Gordy Evers and Mary Ann Beattie; her brothers and sisters- in- law; Elaine Evers, Elmer Kahler, Gil (Mary) Brockman, Ruth (Bob) Verbeten, Cliff Wilz and Carl Brockman.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, 323 S. Pine St., Little Chute with Fr. Ron Belitz officiating.
