    Notes:

    Obituary:
Jon Wereley, of Appleton, was greeted into heaven by the open arms of Grandma Lutz on Sunday, April 20, 2014. He was 52. He is survived by his father: David (Phyllis) Wereley; his mother: Sandra (Bill) Van Elzen; sisters Beckie (Jim) Warner and Amy (Marc) Belli; grandmother: Laila "Tommie" Wereley; and his nephew: Kevin (Katie) Wereley.
Jon was a passionate man; pouring his talents into multiple forms of artwork, including drawing and painting. He was a man of many words; enjoying meaningful conversation as well as possessing a sense of humor like no other. Jon cared deeply for his family and friends. He shared his time, effort, energy and love with those in his life... and truly cherished his connections with others.
Over the years, Jon enjoyed spending time at the Clare Kiepke Community Outreach Center. He brought beautiful artwork, outbursts of laughter, and honorable competition in pool to the ORC.
A private family service will be held to celebrate the unique life of Jon, as well as mourn the loss of further opportunities to enjoy his big personality and open heart.
If you would like to remember Jon, please do so with a contribution to The Outreach Center at 322 North Appleton Street, Appleton, WI, 54911.
