    Obituary:
    Harry H. Wilpolt, 57, former Kaukauna resident, died about 6 o'clock this morning at Wisconsin Rapids, his home. Surviving are the widow; two daughters, The Misses Joann and Jean at home; three sisters, Mrs. Ed Flynn and Mrs. Leo Berres, Kenosha; and Mrs. Mike Faust, Kaukauna; and two brothers, Norbert and Alban Wilpolt, Kenosha. Wilpolt was born Sept. 12, 1893, in Kaukauna, where he was first employed by the Chicago and North Western railroad. He went more than 25 years ago to Wisconsin Rapids where he entered the restaurant business. He was a member of the Catholic Church.

    See Image Jean Appel, 65, of Plover, died Jan 10, 2001 at her home. Services wi ll be at 11 a.m. Monday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Plover. The Re v. Al Moen will officiate. Burial will be at Plover Cemetery. Visitati on will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the Jensen and Jinsky Funeral Home, Plo ver and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.Jean was born on May 16, 1935 in Wisconsin Rapids, to the late Harry and R amona (Panter) Wilpolt. She was educated in Wisconsin Rapids schools. S he was married on June 26, 1954. Jean worked as a housewife and homemake r. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, darts, children, crocheting and spendi ng time with her grandchildren.Survivors include four sons, Michael, Orlando, Fla; Steve (Amy), Carlsba d, Calif; Daniel (Julie) Green Bay, and Kevin (Sharry), Oshkosh; one siste r, Joan (Donald) Allen, Wisconsin Rapids; and four grandchildren, Jill, Ky le, David and Daniel.She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Robert Raithel and her grandm other, Carrie Panter. Special thanks to Hospice of Portage County. The ir support and help for the family is deeply appreciated. Memorials m ay be designated to Hospice of Portage County.
