    Obituary:
    Age 97, of Appleton, died peacefully with her family by her side, on Monday July 14, 2014 at Appleton Retirement Community. She was born in Little Falls, MN on November 23, 1916 to the late Clement and Mary (Halloran) Callan, and moved to Greenville, Wisconsin in 1917 where she grew up on "The Farm". On May 18, 1946 she married William Jochman and together they lived in Appleton their entire lives. She worked at Zwickers Knitting Mill for many years during WWII to support the war effort.
    Arlene was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church for nearly 70 years. She was active in the church and volunteered for many activities. Arlene also volunteered at Salvation Army for over 25 years. She lovingly raised five children and enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and decorating for the holidays.
    She is survived by daughter in-law Jacqueline Jochman - Arkdale, son Robert (Jane) Jochman - Appleton, daughter Shirley (Randall) Rehfeldt - Appleton, son Roger (Pamela) Jochman - Neenah, son John (Debora) Jochman - Neenah. Sister Evelyn (Chris) Wolf - Hortonville, grandchildren: Joseph Jochman, Jay (Christine) Jochman, Timothy Jochman, Scott (Stacy) Rehfeldt, Kristina (Jose) Valdiviezo, Amy (Brian) Luebke, Michael (Stephanie) Jochman, Brittany Jochman, great grandchildren: Casey Jochman, McKenzie Jochman, Elliott Jochman, Tyler and Caleb Bungert, expecting baby Rehfeldt and baby Valdiviezo soon, uncle Norm (Ginnie) Halloran, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Jochman, son Gerald Jochman, brother Leland (Rosalie) Callan, brothers & sisters in-law: Joe (Ethel) Jochman, Len (Loretta) Jochman, Jim Jochman, Al (Sue) Jochman, Norb (Hazel) Jochman, Mary (Ed) Komp.
    A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 213 E. Wisconsin Ave. Appleton, with Father Bill Hoffman officiating. Entombment will take place on Friday at 2:00 PM at Highland Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Friday, July 18, 2014 from 9:00AM until the time of Mass at the CHURCH.
    The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff & residents of Appleton Retirement Community, and to the Hospice RN's for all their friendship and support, and for the compassionate care they gave Arlene.

    Gerald W. Jochman, "Jock" age 58, of Appleton passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2006. He was born in Appleton on November 1, 1947, to William and Arlene (Callan) Jochman. He was married to Jacqueline. Jerry was an area Dodge mechanic for nearly 40 years and recently was employed by Pierce Manufacturing. Jerry loved cars and rebuilt a 1963 Dodge showcar, taking 7 years to complete. Jerry also enjoyed deer hunting at his cabin in the north woods.
    He is survived by his wife: Jackie of Appleton; mother: Arlene of Appleton; a son, Joe; two grandchildren: Casey and McKenzie; three brothers: Robert (Jane) of Appleton, Roger (Pam) of Neenah, John (Deb) of Neenah; a sister: Shirley (Randy) Rehfeldt of Appleton; mother-in-law: Yvonne Block; sister-in-laws: Kathleen Lehman and Jennifer Schumacher; brother-in-law: Clifford (Jana) Wood; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
    Gerald is preceded in death by his father: William.
    Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at the Valley Funeral Home at 7 p.m. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the time of the service.
