    Obituary:
George Alois Pritzl, age 90, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at his home, surrounded by his family. George was born in Greenville January 12, 1926 to Robert and Elizabeth (Gresl) Pritzl. On November 27th, 1948, he married Joan Wittlin at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Stephensville. They shared 67 years of marriage.
George was a man of integrity. His common sense, knowledge and memory were outstanding. He could repair anything and was a collector of all "good deals"! He ran his own plastering business for 40 plus years and was well respected in that field.
George loved his family and was an avid outdoorsman who loved everything about nature with the possible exception of the squirrels at his bird feeders and the sparrows on his Martin houses. He took pleasure in hunting, fishing and relaxing at his river lot in Fremont.
George is survived by wife Joan Pritzl, his seven children: Jane Pritzl; Thomas (Mary) Pritzl and their daughter, Emily and son, George; Patti (Paul) Siddall and their son, Samuel (Annie) Siddall and daughter, Kate Siddall; Dave Pritzl; Glen Pritzl; Gary Pritzl; Jill Pritzl (Mark Canney) and her son, Jacob Obermeier; Great-Grandchildren, Ella and Avery Siddall. George is also survived by his sister, St. Lucille Pritzl, OSF; brother, Victor (Donna) Pritzl; sister, Marie Jezerc; brother Harold (Dolly) Pritzl and sister-in-law Rita.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Elizabeth, brothers and spouses, Ray (Ardina) Pritzl; Julius (Isabelle) Pritzl; Robert (Bernice) Pritzl; Richard Pritzl; sisters and spouses, Eldora Jimenz; Bernice (Merle) Meier; Laverne (Don) Monyette and brother in-law Ron Jezerc.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday June 6th, 2016 at St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church, 1810 N. McDonald St., Appleton with the Rev. Gerald Falk officiating. Interment will be at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Greenville. George's family will receive relatives and friends at the church on Monday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
Recognition and special thanks to Father Falk for all his support to George and his family, also to Heartland Home Healthcare and Hospice, most recently Lisa, Elma, Roy.
He was our rock; we loved him and had so much respect for him. He will be dearly missed, and as Dad would say, "Over and out!"
