    Obituary:
    Marian (Lamers) Piepkorn, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 15, 2012, at the age of 89. She was born May 24, 1923, in Little Chute, daughter of the late Theodore and Minnie (Wildenberg) Lamers. Marian married Art TeVrucht and together they were blessed with a daughter, Darlene. Art preceded her in death. She then married Milton "Bud" Piepkorn and they together had three children: David, Diane and Dennis. Marian held several offices in the VFW, American Legion Jacob Coppus Post # 258 Auxilary, Homemakers of America, 4-H Club and Teens for Christ. After retirement, Marian and Bud lived in Chute Pond. She was very active in her church, helping out with communion, lecturing, bible studies, lunch program and taking care of the altar boy's robes. Marian has been a resident of Oakridge Gardens for the last 8 years, where she was very active in all activities at the home.
    Marian is survived by her children: Darlene Proveaux, Phoenix, AZ; Diane Piepkorn, Neenah; Dennis (Peg) Piepkorn, Suring; a daughter-in-law, Jean Piepkorn, Little Chute; grandchildren: Jeff (Laurie) Proveaux, Craig (Beth) Piepkorn, Lance Piepkorn, Shane (Sally) Piepkorn, Andy (Christy) Piepkorn, Cory Piepkorn; great-grandchildren: Desire, Jesse, Brandon, Molly, Emily, Gavin and Julia; great-great-grandchildren: Rayonna, Mariah, Haley and Donovin; a brother, Bob (Els) Lamers; sisters: Pat (Lloyd) VandeHey, Glad (Mark) Hietpas, Rose Ebben and Bev (Chuck) Goodman; and many other special family members and friends.
    Marian was preceded in death by her two husbands: Art TeVrucht and Milton "Bud" Piepkorn; a son, David Piepkorn; a son-in-law, Fred Proveaux; a grandson, Jeremy Piepkorn; a sister, Myrtle Wundrow; brothers-in-law: Donald Vaubel, Larry Wolff, Len Wundow, Mike Ebben and Otis Reimers; sister-in-law, Arlene Reimers.
    Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, November 19, 2012, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 309 Desnoyer St., Kaukauna, with Msgr. James VandenHogen officiating. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Visitation will be held Monday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service at the church. A memorial has been established in Marian's name.
    Marian's family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff and friends at Oakridge Gardens; Steve, Carol and Jeremy Schiltz and the Cy Huss family; and all of those close to Marian.

    Piepkorn, David TheodoreDavid Theodore Piepkorn “Popcorn” age 58, of Little Chute died unexpected ly Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at Appleton Medical Center, Appleton. He was bo rn June 13, 1946 in Little Chute son of Milton and Marian (Lamers) Piepkor n. David married Jean Terry on July 22, 1972. David was a member of Chri st the King Lutheran Church, Combined Locks. Mr. Piepkorn was employ ed at Miller Electric until his retirement. He enjoyed NASCAR races, fishi ng, reading and working with computers. David was a proud member of the Un ited States Navy having served our country in the Vietnam War. Mr. Piepko rn was an active and proud member of the Jacob Coppus American Legion Po st #258, Little Chute and an officer of Voyager 1140 40 et 8, Outagamie Co unty. David was the first Vietnam Veteran to be the commander of the Jac ob Coppus American Legion Post #258, Little Chute.
