Kaukauna Woman Dies in Farm Mishap KAUKAUNA (UPI) - A mother of eight children was killed instantly Thursday in an accident on the family farm, two and one half miles east of here. Outagamie County authorities said Mrs. Joseph Hackel, 44, was feeding silage into a blower when her right arm became caught in a paddle on the eleva- tor. She was thrown against the steel blower and suffered a skull fracture.
