Bos, Henry "Hank"Henry "Hank" Bos, 83, of De Pere, died Sunday evening, Jan. 4, 200 4, at a local nursing home. The son of the late Martin and Catherine (Smit s) Bos was born April 9, 1920 in the Town of Lawrence. On June 7, 194 7, he married the former Luella Fabry at St. John the Evangelist Cathol ic Church in Green Bay. Hank was a veteran of World War II, having serv ed in the U.S. Army, 32nd Division where he received the Bronze Star. M r. Bos worked at Fort Howard Paper Company for 36 years prior to retiremen t. He was a member of the Quarter Century Club at Ft. Howard, the Red Arr ow Club and De Pere VFW Post 2113.Survivors include his wife, Luella; their children, Michael Bos, De Per e; Patrick and Mary Bos, North Charleston, S.C.; David and Elizabeth Bo s, De Pere; Jodie and Martin VanDenElsen, Wrightstown; ten grandchildre n, Christopher, Bill, Joshua, Troy, Matthew, Sarah and Angela Bos, Kim a nd Scott VanDenElsen and Alicia Callahan; two great-grandchildren, Trev or and Sydney Bos.He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter-in-law, Margaret Bo s; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, John and Thelma Bos, Fred Bos, Wi lliam and Ethyl Bos, Clarence Bos; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Cecel ia and Matt Minten, and Rosella and Leland Hoerres.Friends may call at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church, De Pere fr om 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2004. Mass of Christian Burial will be cel ebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at the church with burial in Mt. Calvary Cemeter y. Ryan Funeral home of De Pere is assisting the family with arrangement s.
