    Obituary:
    Gordon J. Hawley 3232 N. Meade St., Appleton Age 59, died unexpectedly Friday morning. He was born January 4, 1916 in Appleton and was formerly employed by Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Neenah, retiring three years ago. He was also the former owner and operator of the Ace Tri-City Stamp Shop. He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, a member of the Moose Lodge No. 367, and a veteran of World War II, serving four years in the Air Force in Europe. Survivors include his wife, June Maney Hawley; his mother, Mrs. Irving Hawley of Appleton; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Suzanne) Newberry of Sun Praire, Wis., and Miss Colleen Hawley, at home; three sons, Thomas of Appleton, Terry and Kevin, both at home; and a grandson, Sean Thomas. He was preceded in death by his father, Irving in August of 1974; and a daughter, Linda, 21 years ago. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church with the Rev. Dennis Ryan officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Brettschneider-Trettin Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday after 2 p.m. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home at 7:30 Sunday evening.

    Obituary:
    Thomas Gordon Hawley, age 67, passed away on September 28, 2015 after a battle with cancer. Tom was born in Appleton, February 8th, 1948, son of Gordon and June (Maney) Hawley. He attended Appleton West High School. Tom was an executive chef at numerous supper clubs throughout Wisconsin. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, cooking and spending time with his family. Tom loved Celtic music. He was well known for his tall tales and his sense of humor.
    Tom is survived by his 3 sons: Sean (Suzie) Hawley, Neenah, Ryan (Teresa) Hawley, Appleton and George (Holly) Hawley, Whitelake; 6 grandchildren: Jamison, Natalie, Aiden, Jackson, Caitlyn and McKenzie; 2 brothers, Terry Hawley, Appleton and Kevin (Deb) Hawley, Faribault, MN; 2 sisters, Suzie (Ken) Newberry, Germantown and Colleen (Todd) England, New London; 2 nieces, Jen (Davin) Sannes, Mt. Horeb and Carrie Newberry, Madison; and nephew, Connor Hawley, Faribault, MN. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Linda; granddaughter, Ali and niece, April.
    Friends and relatives may call at the NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, (340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay) on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 5 to 6:45 PM. A memorial service will follow at 7 PM.
