Franck, John H.John H. Franck, Little Chute, loving husband, father and grandfather, pass ed away Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at the age of 63 at St. Elizabeth Hosp ital. He was born October 10, 1941, in Appleton, son of the late Wilmer a nd Doris (Drephal) Franck. John married Barbara Hietpas June 28, 1968 at S t. Mary's Catholic Church in Appleton. Together they celebrated 37 yea rs of marriage. Prior to his retirement in 2002, John was employed with Cr escent Electric Supply.He was a past member of the McDowell Male Chorus and also sang with the ch oir at Christ the King Lutheran Church, Combined Locks, where he was a mem ber. His passions in life were his family, church, singing and model railr oading. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, who ef fortlessly would bring big smiles to Papa's face. He spent many good tim es with family and his many friends at their weekend retreat in Sturgeon B ay.John is survived by his wife, Barbara, two sons: Douglas (Kelly) Franck, K ennesaw, GA; and Robert (Jackie) Franck, Little Chute; five grandchildre n: Katelyn, Ryan, Alyse, Lucas and Emily, a brother, Paul Franck and a sis ter, Mary (John) Wisneski, brothers-in-law: Larry (Gina) Hietpas and Da ve (Julie) Hietpas who John always considered an honorary son, nieces a nd nephews: Megan, Nick and Forest Hietpas, Peter and Lori Franck, Sara a nd Christa Wisneski. Lori and Christa were also his Godchildren. John is a lso survived by many other relatives and friends.In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his father and m other-in-law, Fred and Margaret Hietpas.Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, September 30, 2005 at Chri st the King Lutheran Church, Combined Locks with Rev. Bill Schroeder offic iating. Rev. Doug Bisbee and Rev. Msgr. James Vanden Hogen will concelebra te. Friends may call after 2 p.m. until the time of the service at churc h. Interment St. John Cemetery, Little Chute. In lieu of flowers a memori al is being established.The family would like to thank the many beloved friends, the dedicated sta ff at St. Elizabeth Hospital as well as Pastor Bill Schroeder and Pastor D oug Bisbee for helping guide John on his spiritual journey.John died as he lived - with courage, determination and faith.

Obituary:
Paul E. Franck, 72, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Brewster Village. Paul was born on March 14, 1944 to Wilmer and Doris (Draephal) Franck. Paul graduated from Appleton High School and then from Carroll College in 1971. He was an avid Brewer fan, enjoyed golfing and loved the outdoors. Paul was a kind and good-hearted man.
Paul is survived by his children; Peter (Lisa) Franck, and Lori Franck, grandchildren; Mandie, Andrew, Neva and Hazel, a sister Mary Wisneski, the mother of his children, Lee Franck, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, John (Barb) Franck and a brother-in-law, Dr. John Wisneski.
The memorial service for Paul will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 N. Superior St. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
